This app is so helpful and easy to import orders with. I am so happy I found it. I did have a small issue where I reached out to Tech Support, and it took quite some time to get a response. However, I am still giving a 5 star review because it was 4th of July and when I got someone the next day, she was SUPER helpful. So grateful. Thank you!!!

So far so good. A few teething problems around the new version but otherwise very good, and straight forward.

The customer service is great! Especially Daisy! I really like the app, the only drawback is the price for me in these trying times. I would highly recommend it to others. My plan is once the financial slump is over, I will go back to it. Thank you for the 7 days free trial. I would recommend a longer trial so folks have more time to see all that is possible in the premium app.

competley useless support, app is full of bugs, constantly tell us for over a month that an update is being launched in a few days - every time a lie. super basic functionality doesnt even work like showing cost of product in the profit loss chart (which then only shows revenue and no profit making it useless). will be switching to another app soon, this company is a shables how its run, crap apps like this should not be launched until they work properly
