The app is easy to use when finding products and pushing them to your store. Although I had an issue when my first order came because it was not fulfilled correctly but Jennie from the support team just started her night shift checked the order for me and confirmed that the order is fulfilled just waiting for shipment. After that she walked me through the steps of fulfilling the order correctly and in an easy way through the app. She was a star. Thank you very much

thank you for helping, but I feel there is a language issue and we as clients we don't get updated so small changes that have tricks to access are told to us very late. the reps do they best to help, i just think the operating process can be smoother since we do not know all of your companies changes - at least make it simple. now this review is for the company and I want to say - please stop having your reps send us these request's before working the service request. its not fair to give anyone a fair judgement before the work is complete. Unreliable and also they lost my account details and they didnt accept I had 1 years account with them. All the job I had done lost and also the products connected with them.And this was to blackmail me to to start paying subscription for the app- DO NOT USE it will mess your shopify store
