This was exactly what I was looking for in a referral / rewards program. Super easy to set up & easy to manage.

I am very impressed with this APP. I have tried everything in the app store for Loyalty and this is by far the most stable & easy to setup app. Works like a dream in testing the company is very hands-on with customer support, very impressed so far as they have a real Free plan that will allow my company to grow and I will happily sign up for a paid program. I look forward to seeing how my customer base reacts to this Loyalty Program, I think its a real winner.

The Zinrelo loyalty rewards program is easy to set up and manage. We were able to get up and running very quickly.

Installed the app last week and have been busy with setting up. Of course some work but it is pretty easy and the support from Yahya is great. The app works smooth so now it is up to our activity to get the members in! Launched today, still need to do some email work but it looks cool!

The installation was very easy to do and it’s been working just fine for us. Setting up the rules, policies and amounts were so quick, thanks to the clear instructions. This app is really good. We are very pleased with the app thus far! Can’t wait to see it in action.

Simple integration and easy configuration helped us launch the Zinrelo loyalty rewards program quickly. We are very happy with the support received during the store set up.

I am very pleased with this app. It does exactly what I need it to do - offer my customers a simple rewards program with various options. I have not had any problems with the app.

Pros: friendly technical support, functionalities (if you have the professional plan) Cons: price, limited functionalities (if you use the free or starter plan) This app offers a lot of functionalities, it allows you to set up custom rules through API as well as customize pre-built rules. It also allows for customization of rewards (% off, $ discount, free shipping). One of my favorite functions is the email notification, it not only notifies members when they earn or redeem points, but it can also send out a notification when members are close to earning their next reward. Furthermore, they have a friendly support staff who are there to answer any of your questions regarding the app. Unfortunately, they are not currently integrated with MailChimp which can limit the personalization of email notifications. Currently, I am still in the process of testing out the app, but it has been quite satisfactory, and a lot more can be done it you know a bit of coding to help you further personalize the app.

I cannot believe there is no uninstall option anywhere on this app . I did not find the app useful when you have to import your customer detail on a csv

Helps with customer loyalty, tracking, and return rates. A solid add to our company. Set up and integration was easy.

I used this app for my loyalty program and referral marketing. I simply love it....it has all in one place and I jumped from not incentivizing my customers at all to giving them a full suite of options to earn points and get a better status full of rewards. The app works perfect and customer service is proactive.

Love this app! As a new store this is helping me get repeat sales. Love how easy it is to set up to meet my store needs and customer support is top notch! Also, I like that I can manually add points or deduct points, as I tend to do many pop ups. I can add or subtract points for them if make purchase outside of my online store. Would highly recommend!

The App is really easy to install, it rewards for the right activities that can generate significant ROI to our business and the points are really easy to redeem. One of the features that made us decide to go with ZINRELO is that they have all the long term solutions for our long term growth. So right now we started with the basics, but as we grow sales and beef up our plan, they will be ready to support us. Furthermore, as a Start Up it helps that this App is FREE, that frees out capital for our long term growth.

Patient, kind and quick! Zinrelo's support team is world class. I can only image how much of a pain it was helping me to understand errors (that were not caused by them) and getting me on track to correcting their problem. True experts in the field. Particularly, I'd like to praise Rohit for his expert insights. However, I must be fair in this review as there is no perfect brand. The only drawback I can see to using this app is in their inability to customize the layout of their pop-ups and account page. Otherwise, their functionality, support team and overall ease of use, is unparalleled amoung every other Shopify app I've installed. Well done, Zinrelo.

I installed the free version which offers many functions. the most interesting is that you can translate or customize all the text. When I needed help, I had a quick response and them corrected the problem. I recommend this apli, you can see the result that proffessional.
