I have had no problems, while using this app. Zendrop - Global Dropshipping has helped make my initial experience, a good one. They have made things easy, for a "Newbie" like me, to import products to my store and even suggest pricing. I have received notifications of cost changes, to help me be competitive! I recommend this company and their app!
