Good support

Ever since I started with Zendrop their ability to import products from Aliexpress has been broken. You cannot import items properly. I was told for 4 days that IT was working on it. This company only wants your $79 a month. Stay away if you need to import from Aliexpress. They say they have faster shipping because they source with certain vendors but this is not true. My orders still took over 20 days to receive. They gave me Free Plan Plus to change my review to a 5 star but after doing so and using there service it is still worse than any other service I have tried. I will stick with Dser's

I have been working with someone called Jobelle from the customer support team who has helped me with every query I have ever had. I receive fast replies helping me to move forward with my situation in convenient timing. Definitely recommend!

Yes, customer service is great. I guess that is where the higher costs come from. Now I'm a bit worried about trying out other less expensive apps thinking they might not have the service I need if I run into issues. If that's the case I would gladly pay more at Zendrop. However, the main tool I need to use has not been working lately hopefully they fix this soon. I was offered 3 months free because of this which would have been great but opted for a refund until the issue is fixed.

As I've been going over the products to list for my own store, I've come across a few listing issues. Each time it's brought up, the crew is very helpful and quick to resolve the issue. They're quick to offer support whenever it's needed. The AI chat box is also quite good. It's better than the ones used by the Canadian government. lol This one actually understands questions as they're asked.
