Fast shipping times. Great sourcing. Support is there to help you. Real people not robots. Very very helpful support, was able to issue me a refund for an order that was already shipped.

The assistant was helpful with the minor problems i had. The app is really easy to use. Only bad thing is prices for U.S products. I don’t know if it’s fast shipping or this inflation but man are US products high.

I am very new to e-commerce and not tech savvy at all. This app is very easy and when I hit a snag Abigail was so helpful walking me through everything step by step with a great deal of patience. For the most part it is very self explaitory and has a lot of information, tutorials, videos, etc to help but there is someone available to help just in case. Would definitely recommend.

If you're hesitating Just Give it a go, you will never think the impossible is possible until you take that first step. Zendrop is the go-to gurus who will stop at nothing to ensure you get the help you need, for me it was Joshuah who helped me and lept helping Evan when i didn't need it he checked up on me. i kept at it and now I'm seeing the future differently. they have streamlined and Customised it so that its the easiest for the dropshipping locations. and they are always adding new reliable Contacts and sorces.

The support team alone gives this vendor my 5 stars. Obviously the system is user friendly, easy to navigate and intuitive. Otherwise this mahy people wouldn't use it. Upgrade to the plus plan and you'll be happy you did. Rather your bank account will be.

I had an email typo in an account setup and did not know it and after discovering a bill for a Plus Plan I reached out to them since I had already set up another account with the correct email since I was not receiving correspondence from them (going to the incorrect email I provided). They helped me resolve the matter rather than just sticking to the no refund after 5 days of activation policy. Mariane (who worked with me) was cool headed and followed through until it was all resolved. Very Professional and a great asset to your Customer Service Team! Don't let AI replace her. Zendrop is great, the best out there. Great interface, fast shipping, good prices. If you have any problems with orders or anything like that, they help you imediatelly in like a couple of minutes you get connected to the support staff and they are always happy to help with anything.

I am giving it 4 stars, primarily because the shipping times were a bit longer than anticipated. However, this minor delay did not significantly impact my overall satisfaction. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, their support was readily available, making the process smooth and efficient. While there is room for improvement in shipping times, the excellent customer service and accessibility make Zendrop a reliable platform for dropshipping needs.
