I love this app! If i need help and i write a email then Zendrop answers me very fast and a lot of cool products! But for the shipping i don’t know but i will see how good is the shipping when my product comes for Dropshipping if it’s good the shipping then 5 Stars but for now 4 stars but is the best app only if the supplier is good.

Zendrop is a dropshipper's dream site with "out of the box" ways to provide a smooth journey for a dropshipper weather he is a novice or seasoned veteran.

very helpfull, always respond very quickly, the only complaint Zendrop's reports for year end is difficult to get and not accurate for tax purposes. should have 1 report showing costs of goods and shipping costs per order

Zendrop is special. I did a free course and decided to sign up for the plus service. Their branding and other features made it look to be of higher quality --- which my customers deserve! I'm looking forward to doing business. Also, I reached out to customer service about a product that didn't have a good description, and the agent Cyril reached out to the supplier to have that information updated. That was ridiculously efficient! O_O I had another problem, and it was fixed in no time. Zendrop is different than other companies. I like them. I especially like their Academy where I'm learning about how to run my business, their live video calls / teaching sessions, and their customer service is better than the rest. They're also extremely responsive when you have any problem or concern. I am enjoying doing business with them. I hope we can be profitable together.

Honestly, they're great!..but a bit pricey for a starting business. It's awesome that you can link / import AliExpress Items BUT you need a paid subscription for that. I wish I could get another free trial hahahaha...BUT overall, I think it's worth it...just, again, a bit pricey. And customer Service really is AMAZING by the way!

I recommend Zen cause is very easy on products to sync in, amazing customer service, but i see big difference on delivery shipping is more expensive from alliexpress and many products is not apear on Zen catalog(it seems that they will fix that too).

I would definitely recommend zendrop. You actually get to ask questions and chat during their live sessions, very helpful! They are also very responsive when you need help with the system. They are still working on getting more products but overall, definitely try this company!
