Hi, I wanted to say that this company is quick to respond to any questions that you might have, that is something that I need. Thank you for a quick response.

You are overcharging products from aliexpress + you are overcharging shipping. In other words, paid subscriptions are not enough, you also take a cut from the price of the product + shipping (I really don't understand why you have standard $8 per shipping considering the fact that you provide same time frame delivery as the vendors on aliexpress, it's not like you charge $8 and get delivery in 5 days). I understand that you need to make $ but it's cheaper to do it with others than with you. And don't get me wrong, others charge subscriptions like you and they take a cut from the product's price when importing it, but they give you option to import whatever you want and their cut is way less than yours which means a decent margin for us the sellers and opportunity to make sales with competition. You policy of "getting a quote" from our suppliers doesn't mean anything if the price provided is 50% more than the price on aliexpress.

Hay creadores de contenido en YouTube que dicen que es muy mala porque no hacen envíos a Latinoamérica, esto es falso, si hacen envíos a Latinoamérica y el servicio al cliente o soporte es muy muy bueno. Ellos están disponibles todos los días para resolver tus dudas, yo hoy domingo 3 de marzo tenia un problema con localizar un paquete que ya esta con destino al cliente en Costa Rica y Karrie Violonchelo de soporte me soluciono el problema en menos de 5 minutos literalmente. Si su paquete aparece como extraviado no se asuste, contacte con soporte porque puede haber un error, en mi caso es que cuando yo trataba de rastrear el paquete me decía que lo llevaba una empresa y en realidad no era esa, por eso me aparecía como extraviado en resultados ya que ellos no tenían registros del paquete, Karrie Violonchelo de soporte me ayudo a buscar cual era el problema y encontró al trasportista correcto.
