Ottima app, semplice ed efficace! Abbiamo iniziato a usare YSMS per le nostre campagne SMS e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. L’interfaccia è intuitiva e ci ha permesso di partire subito senza bisogno di lunghe configurazioni. Ottimo anche il supporto clienti: rispondono in modo rapido e sono molto disponibili.

So far it's been a good app for us. We are just testing to see how our customers respond to the text. Being able to see the ROI is good. We like that there is not app membership needed. I'm not sure what's happening with this app, but my campaign from earlier this week never reached our subscribers despite that app claiming it did. Now there's a "USA Deliveries Temporarily suspended" banner across the top of the Overview page. This is very disappointing as I haven't been able to reach our subscribers with our planned promotion.

So far so good! I have only used it twice and it's easy for someone who isn't super techie. Also, their customer service is FAST & excellent! I'm excited to continue using it!

Great app with great support! Totally free and even better that most of the others... they only charge you for the SMS you sent. All the app itself is free, which is perfect since it works very well!

I just downloaded the app and purchased non-refundable credits. Upon sending my first sms, to myself as a test to see what my customers will receive, I was given a blocked notice stating my store is spam and I am blocked from using their services. Annoyed to say the least.

App is very bad, very buggy. I have order checkout recover enabled and it keeps sending smses to people that already ordered. It is simply unbelievable how bad it is. Clients call us saying that they ordered and they are very angry as they get smses that they did not order. Support is very bad and unresponsive.
