I added the app after a customer reached out and thought it sounded like a great idea. It’s a great concept , the service support is amazing and super helpful. It has bought more exposure to my business and it’s a great way to make a wish list or pay it forward around the busy times of years .

I added YouPay a couple of months ago to my website and honestly it really is a game changer. I was on the verge of giving up and closing down but YouPay has helped immensely! The community on the Facebook Page too is so lovely and everyone really just wants the best for your business. Definitely recommend every business getting it! :)

I recently installed the YouPay app and I couldn't be happier. The support team reached out to me to make sure everything was running smoothly. They checked in with me after the app was live to make sure it was working well. They even sent me information on how to promote my business. Luke, was the team member that helped me. He was outstanding. I highly recommend using this app. Best customer service I've received in a very long time.

This was incredibly easy to setup and only took about 30 minutes. You DO need to be sure and read all the instructions, which are straight to the point and easy to understand. The support team was very prompt and thorough in making sure my site was setup properly too! 10/10 amazing experience so far!

YouPay has been amazing! The concept is great, customers love it, and it is easy to use. The team have been incredibly helpful and responsive. Definitely a must have now for Shopify product based stores.

Lots of new payment methods are out there. I am only using major ones but YouPay idea is new and different, actually, it is a brilliant idea, love it. Also, YouPay team helped us with setting up and the app works perfectly.

The most fantastic support, Very easy to use and understand for customers! The button is also customizable which helps with various themes and matching other buttons on the site. Highly reccomended

The app is brilliant and easy to use. I did run into some difficulty with integration which was due to the theme I use. However, Luke and team were more than helpful and got everything running smoothly. After a few interactions with YouPay via email, I can say that they are always quick to respond and willing to help or give information. I highly recommend YouPay.

The integration support and presentation is amazing. The process was smooth. Luke was quick in assisting with any help needed and within hours being live with Youpay people found my store and started making carts. Iv found it all quite easy and am extremely satisfied with the merchant support. Always fast and effective responses when I have ever needed help. Super easy integration with fast assistance when requested not that I really needed much. 5 star doesn't cut it, I'd say 10/10. From integration to the support, even the payments and the way the merchant can see the payer and the person they've paid for. I honestly feel that YouPay is one of the best options for merchants and customers alike. There's no BNPL traps to have to sign up to if people don't want to and it's allowing people to pay it forward with all the different social media groups that have been formed. Honestly, I would recommend YouPay to any business or customer.
