Happy with the App, Support and they have added a few features recently which have definitely improved the App!

This app is as good as most, and better than many. But I just had a great customer service interaction (on a weekend, no less). Jerrah epitomizes prompt, knowledgeable customer service. In just a few minutes, we got to the bottom of the issue and solved it. Thanks Jerrah, and thanks Yotpo.

Their customer service has been exceptional so far. Quick responses to my concerns and open communication. The app works well on Shopify and after going through quite a bit of mediocre apps on here, YotPo is definitely a big step up than others.

This team has continued to impress me with their customer service and follow-up. I required some custom work on widget display to enhance the user experience and they were willing to do the work behind the scenes and notified me numerous times along teh way while the work was being done. Easy to install and setup subscriptions for my store. They also have lighting fast customer service via chat. I had a design change that required some custom code, and Thessanyl was able to make the changes in minutes. Everything is great so far, thanks Yotpo!

Unfortunately, we have to conclude that this app still has a lot of technical issues. It is not possible to properly link shopify payments. As a result, we miss payment functionalities. Despite the fact that we have now been waiting for more than 4 weeks, Yotpo is not doing anything to solve the problems. This app is not suitable for the European market. Only (American) credit cards work and other payment options that are commonly used in Europe such as iDeal, BanContact, Klarna, Afterpay cannot be used. Besides that they have a customer service with no or very limited customer focus. No real intentions to solve the problem. We have decided to phase out the app and continue on another platform with a subscription app that complies to the European payment standards. Resumee: if you're operating in Europe with your web shop and are looking for a great customer journey for the payment process, skip Yotpo.

I'm only starting to build my subscription base now, but this app has been perfect so far, especially for the fact that I am on the free subscription! I really do recommend it, it looks great within my design on the store and is really easy for the customer to choose their subscription rate. I have just had my first issue where a customer forgot to add the shipping and the chat assistant fixed this for me, was super easy and Roland M was a great help! Yotpo is a great company; we use them for customer review syndication to walmart.com and subscription models on our website. We had a loyal customer upset because of our mistake, and Roland was able to walk me through the process, providing a freshly captured video and screenshots. He also confirmed my coupon settings were correct, and it worked. Excellent service, outstanding support, and amazing employees.

Roland was so helpful and helped me make my account page have a button to manage subscriptions. Make sure you do this too!!!!

So far I give this a 5 star because I just set up my first subscription so will see how it goes. However, it is so easy to set up and when I hit a snag Roland in the chat was super helpful. So far so good!

Just started with this app and well the support is very spot on. So far for an admin it is taking so long to find the function I need to assist customers. We came from Recharge which has an excellent back end for Admins even the timeline for each subscription is easy to read- no excel to down load. When a customer needs help to "ship now" I had to reach out to support to figure it out. It would be helpful for R&D to do UX testing for the actual day to day functionality.

Great App, easy to setup. There could be some more tweaks to change, but for now pretty solid. Maria was very kind and answered all my questions, very friendly and she seems to know the product very well. Thanks!
