Great support right off the bat! I accidentally uploaded our list from another app twice, and Jeorge helped me with correcting the mistake. In addition, Jeorge helped remove some special character errors which were preventing a proper upload. The back end of the app alos looks great with tons of features. We're excited to make this move to Yotpo Reviews!

Insane, yotpo is the best collection of apps I found in my 5+ years of ecommerce experience. What makes it 10 times better, is the impressive customer service they provide. Give it a couple years and everyone will realize the value of having all there apps work in one ecosystem. Learn, adapt and make your store professional.

Die App ist sehr einfach zu installieren und bei einem Problem, hilft der Support sofort. Was mir besonders gefallen hat, war, dass ich Farben, Grösse und Art der Reviews selber gestalten konnte. Heute hat mir Simoun Francis sehr kompetent und schnell weitergeholfen. Ich hatte ein Problem bei der Vorschau, was ich nicht selber lösen konnte und Simoun war innert Minuten zur Stelle und hat mein Problem gelöst. Toller Service, danke.
