Only started using this app today and ran into a little trouble setting it up. However Eunice P managed to get me up and running real quick. Everything was on point, looking forward to using this product effectively. Customer service is excellent, frictionless experience in finding out and sorting issues.

I have moved to this app after trying a few others for reviews and not only is this app a lot more affordable for me as a small-scale business, but it is also so much easier to use and the customer support has been fantastic.

Daniel was very helpful. He moved my reviews from an old Yotpo account to the new one. It had been done previously, but failed to load.

Doner P was amazing! He was super prompt with his response and patiently answered all my annoying questions in between adjusting my code for me.

I just upgraded from the free account to their Prime level. Had a few questions about using some of the new features and decided to use chat to get them squared away. Very impressed with how helpful the agent was - and how quickly and clearly my questions were answered. Thanks YOTPO. UPDATE OCT 2022: I've been with YOTPO now for several years and have been super pleased with them. I needed to make a couple of changes to my subscription and Doner was brilliantly helpful with that! Then after finishing that chat/fix session, I realized I needed more help with a widget issue (started a new Shopify theme today) and this time I got Rhemy, who was a complete wonder. I didn't have to do anything! Rhemy managed it all for me so quickly. Once again, YOTPO has come through in spades :) FURTHER UPDATE: Absolutely everyone at YOTPO has been exceedingly helpful. Just now it was Jeorge. Bless him, he was a trooper to dig through this (hopefully) last tweak I needed for my new theme!

Good app! Makes it easy for customers to leave reviews, and it has great built-in functionality to prompt customers to leave feedback. Kind of difficult to install (depending on how your store and products are set up) but Ronel on the support team had my back! Thanks for the great support.

I absolutely love Yotpo, I have the app on 2 of my stores and I look forward to opening more stores so I can install this App. Its so easy to use and looks great aesthetically on my sites. I couldnt be happier with this App and team

Daniel was amazing to work with. He moved my ratings up to the top of the product pages plus added them to my collection pages. My Shopify looks amazing now. Thanks Daniel for being so patient and for solving such a complex issue.

Using the app has been great so far and the customer service has been extremely helpful. Having a dedicated place for reviews has made a lot of difference.
