Then add product and site review functionality - with moderation, social sharing, fine customisation & full CSS control, SEO and more, then you've got a fantastic app. Oh... and it's free! Yotpo has been a great service to my store. Reviews are "verified" by the app for only REAL customers, so no spamming can be allowed. Their set up for the notification that goes out to customers is fantastic. You can customize the whole letter/email from what to say, to how many days after purchase the notification will go out (and YotPo sends it out for you, no charge!) Best Free App for online merchants on Shopify.

Brilliant! Seriously!. We installed this app on our site and it was simple, easy to use and effective. Our customers love it, as it gives those who have purchased a real opportunity to provide feedback on their purchase. Those wishing to buy can also access the information to decide whether they want to proceed. What we liked most was the level of support provided. Amazing. These guys are quick, efficient and happy to help sort out any issues or answer any questions. Do yourself a big favor and install this app. If the day comes where it costs a small sum it will still be worth it. Great job Yotpo!

Just getting used to this whole APP universe , I never used to need them. But if you don't have them now you will drown without knowing what hit you. I searched for the one that seemed to attract the most people with highest ratings and easiest skill level. BING, if thos are your criteria.this is your App. ! Our customers had amazing things to say about Turtlebacks, but we had no way of capturing and displaying their feedback. What a great App! Love how it integrates itself in to my company facebook page as well. I don't even have to do anything with it. My customers took advantage of this right away. Let me start off saying this: IF you're looking for an easy to use review system - look no further. Yotpo is it. Done. End of Review. Now go about your business...or read my essay below... 1. Yotpo installation is supremely easy. Can you read? You can set it up! 2. Yotpo is feature rich and they keep adding more features every week/month. 3. Yotpo is useful. I like having reviews from clients. They seem to be honest and heartfelt because it's being posted to a 3rd party (Yotpo) instead of directly to me in some way. 4. Yotpo is SOCIAL! It posts for me on our Facebook page and Twitter feed. SWEET. no. FREAKIN' SWEET! 5. Yotpo does all the work for me. Emailing clients. Reminding them to post a review for their purchase. 6. Yotpo upgrades! I know I said it before but I will mention it again. The Yotpo team does NOT rest on their laurels. New features have been released on the regular and when something isn't working right - a quick email to their support staff and VOILA! POOF! They fix the bloody issue! 7. Yotpo is customizable. When I first started with Yotpo there were some limitations as far as color scheme was concerned. But I sent them an email and they work their magic. BOOM! Suddenly I can colorize my buttons and customize the appearance to match my website. BRAVO! 8. If you read this far please stop now. Go install Yotpo. Thank me later. Awesome App!! Quick & easy installation and great support!

This app is FANTASTIC! It worked immediately and looks great. Ive added the option for product reviews and store reviews. Ive placed product reviews on the bottom of each product page and crated a page of its own on the footer for 'Our Reviews' giving customers the option to leave a review of the store/website overall. Ive also been able to colour code the buttons etc within Yotpo so that it matches our store theme. Its only been installed a couple of days and we have had our first review. Yotpo automatically emails customers a few days after a sale and asks them for a review - The emails are fully customisable so Ive tailor made them so that it is more personable and relevant to my store. Another fantastic feature is that once a review is left, Yotpo will automatically tweet the review on your twitter account and place it onto your Facebook wall if you want. I am so pleased with this app! It works like a dream for us! Pros: Excellent instructions for installation (which for me was needed as I don't do html!) Smooth and slick looking on your site - customisable FANTASTIC support - thanks Dave xx Allows both store reviews and product reviews It pushes feedback to social media It's FREE! Cons: I can't opt for the default email which captures feedback to leave store testimonial instead - as a small seller of pre-loved Pandora charms our products will change so frequently I can't respond to feedback with our thoughts etc When using the moderation it isn't always clear from the screen that your actions have updated but this might be my browser Overall BLOOMING FANTASTIC - see the beginnings of our reviews on www.charm-addict.com

FAST FORWARD: Tried. Tested. True. We've been using Yotpo for about two months now + feel this is BEST APP in the app store. We use about a dozen different apps ------everything from order management to customer service to marketing; After recently switching to Shopify2, we were shown our conversions --10% and growing-- are a direct result of Yotpo. "Referral Code yotpo_1" <----------WOOT. AWESOME. Installation was quick + easy -- even for someone not at all familiar with code. The step by step installation video was key. We received several reviews within 24 hours; and more are flowing in daily. It's very well designed, the layout and look is unobtrusive so it doesn't overpower the look + feel of our site. I also really like the social feature. You can set it up to auto post to Facebook + Twitter so it saves time. Yotpo has everything you want in a review app. IMHO, this is the most valuable app in Shopify.
