This app is awesome. It's so easy to set up and their dashboard/admin website is the best I've ever used. Reviews are rolling in everyday and it's great to hear what people think. 5 Stars!

A must-have for any online store, it's really easy to use, the reviews make my customers feel like they can trust the website and buy, and all of this for free. And it also looks great! Oh yeah- and the customer service is fab! I don't really know what I'd do without it!

Super easy install! I'm not (at all) comfortable with HTML, but their instructions made it a breeze. A delight, even. I'll be counting on work of mouth from happy customers to get my small business off the ground. That means Yotpo could end up being the most important feature on my new website. I'm very happy that Cooper-House directed me to Yotpo. Excellent customer service, too. UPDATE: I got an email from Yotpo asking for another review, and I want to do all I can to help out – it's a great app. This system won't let me do a 'fresh' review, so I'm just adding on to the old one... Easy set up, easy to customize the note that goes to the customer – as well as the timing interval. I do wish it was easier to integrate the number of stars/reviews into the product info (meaning, easy for a luddite like me). Even more, I wish that you could comment on customer's reviews without having to upgrade to Pro status. I'd be happy to pay a small monthly fee, but I can't imagine ever being able to afford the current Pro pricing. Still, a very handy app – and the people that run their customer service have been great.

Simple to set up and easy to use. Have also been impressed with responsiveness to inquiries and service support. It's really a no-brainer to install Yotpo on your site

Incredibly slick service. First class reviews system but so much more such as automatic updating of Facebook and Twitter with my latest reviews. Seems tot be more in the pipeline too and am very much looking forward to the developments. Thank you for your service so far which has been outstanding. My most important app no question.

This is a GREAT review software. Our customers love to share how cute their kids look in our unique clothing and it helps new customers feel confident about purchasing from us. It didn't take us long to get the 100 reviews badge!

Hands down, this is a MUST HAVE APP for any store owner, it truly is excellent and had benefited my User Experience and my business for sure. First of all, their Mail After Purchase feature gives me a great way to stay in touch with my customers as they are taking their monthly bottle of Liquid Vitamins. Yes we are asking for their Review, but at the same time it gives me a chance to share some information with them and add value to their experience with or product. The Installation was very easy, and their customization is also very good and allows you to match the look and feel of your site. Lastly, I have interacted several times with one of their folks named Dannie, and she has been fantastic to work with, as was Dave early on. The only thing I think that can be better is to set up some better data analysis and tracking, so that when you receive data from various things, you can drill down and see everything. Love Yotpo! There are so many great features in this app and it is free! Simple to install & customize to match your theme and support is quick to respond and even help me set up the rich snippets. The only 3 things I would like to see change are being able to make the submit button smaller (not familiar with css & that is how you have to do it), being able to get rid of the "reviews by yotpo" text & being able to change or eliminate the default profile picture next to the review, (his hair is horrible, haha!) but the pros by far outweigh those cons, those are small things compared to what you get with this app. Definitely recommend!

We are so happy with Yotpo! Immediately after it was set up, it sent an automatic email to recent customers of our store asking for reviews (not sure how far it went back, but looked like 2-3 months). The reviews started pouring in! We have tried in the past to solicit reviews from our customers, and it was like pulling teeth. The Yotpo platform makes it so easy for customers to submit their review, it works great!

So far so good! Lots of very slick features. There are a few places where they are automatically doing things I'd prefer they ask my permission or preferences for, but nothing catastrophic. All around a solid app.

Yotpo is great...but the paid version of Yotpo is even better! Definitely upgrade! All the extra features are definitely worth it. Plus you get super fast direct support. This app pays for itself in the first day or two of the month. Seriously!

The installation process was very straightforward. I ran into a minor snag in finalizing the installation, but Lucy was very helpful in implementation. Already received 3 reviews from my Mail-After Purchase emails! I was surprised that the software emailed all past customers and not just the customers that purchased after implementation :)

Put simply.. a 'must have' App. It makes collecting reviews a joy, it's easy to use and implement. It's a pleasure to deal with an app that's so user friendly and powerful. It literally takes all of the hard work out of installing a review system and it works a treat, creating powerful social confidence = more sales. Carl @ making statements :)
