I use this app for my reviews of products sold. The review request is sent automatically and when the review is received I have a chance to write a comment. I was having problem with the new interface and don't find it user friendly. I did request help and got an answer within 24hrs, complete with screenshots to help me out. Customer support is great.

Their customer service is great, I needed help setting up and Edurado R was super helpful, he was quick and efficient in helping me set up the widget and even helped change the colors within the widget! Thank you again!

On some points it may be a bit more customer friendly but the after sales service is very responsive and helpful.

Dec. 2021 update: still love the app. In all these years, only minor issues, ever. Had one recently (reviews not showing up), and Mark Oliver was amazing with his support. Very thorough, great follow up and fixed the issue very quickly! Best Shopify app I've ever used, and in 10 years, there's been MANY!! 2014 review: I freaking LOVE this app! Really popular with my customers. Adds a ton of trust to potential buyers. Highly recommended!

Awesome app, very robust yet steam-lined. Exactly what we were looking for. Had some issues installing the app with our theme however the customer support by Caroline was AMAZING and fast. She took over immediately and solved our problem. Highly recommended. Update: We needed up once again because we upgraded themes and of course, the service was excellent. Mary Ann helped solve our issues promptly. Couldn't ask for better service! Update #3, Needed help with something that was a bit more complicated and of course, we received fantastic service once again, from Anne. Update #4 Needed help again and Donald was the man! Super quick and solved our issues with ease. Update #5&6. We were having some issues with reviews not showing up correctly and Kenn and Allen both helped solved the issue super quickly. They were super friendly and fast!

Ronel did a fantastic job helping me tweak the YotPo reviews widget. I'm really happy with YotPo so far! It has only been a week but everything is functioning really well.

Blown away by the help that I received for setup of Yotpo for my Artist site. Being a free user I certainly didn’t expect that level of help. Lemuel was very helpful and quick to fix the issue I came up against. Highly recommend Yotpo!

Great app, and great customer support. Particularly like the fact that it is compatible with Google reviews, and all the additional add-ins which will become handy as we grow.

This is such a great app to generate and request reviews, especially along with the rich snippets option to rank on search results. A Big shout out to the support team as well (especially Lemuel) for timely resolution to queries and helping us get additional credits to meet our review milestone!

12/9/21 Updated review...THEY HAVE LIVE HELP NOW!! Amazing...!!! When I need help you can IM with live folk. Huge game changer! Eduardo R was so helpful and we took care of the issue in 5 minutes! Instead of spending all the time to email and go back and forth, and receive help "tickets" and waste a tone of time!! Thank you ! ------------------------------------------------------------- This was one of the best choices we made. And I don't say that lightly...they offer such a great service and they are fair with pricing...the product just flat out works and there's alot of extras you can do even with the free option. Today I needed to have something fixed that our coders did, and they handled the request and made the changes in under 2 hours. Esp. as it relates to apps - this kind of customer service is not usual. So we were so grateful for having chose them as our review partner! Thank you Yotpo!
