I have been using this app for quite some time with great results. Unfortunately, it stopped updating the cart price to reflect the correct upsells amount. Issues happen, but they seem to have taken away any customer service options now and i can't fix anything. We have lost thousands of dollars worth of upsells already and there doesn't seem to be any fix. if they don't offer customer service or technical support anymore, there is ZERO REASON TO PURCHASE FROM THEM. RUN AWAY

I changed my theme, but know nothing about coding and couldn’t figure it out using the video. I was expecting to have to pay for the code to be installed, but after a quick email I was all set up, free of charge. Their support staff mean that I can focus on the creative aspects of my business and not have to worry about the tech side.

You can create infinite options according to your needs. We had many questions about some customization's to the app to fit our needs. And every question was answered extremely fast.

I finally found an app that allows me to have a multi buy option on my product page. Customers can still purchase one item but now have the option to "buy 2 for $70". I had a couple of questions when I was setting it up but I received prompt responses and videos on how to do what I wanted. I needed to upgrade to get all of the features I wanted but I am more than happy to do this to finally offer my customers an easy purchasing experience.

Full-featured, very helpful for multi-SKU seller like me .There are many rules on our products. After having difficulties with a different app, I added this Product Options app. I emailed for help and everything was quickly and smoothly resolved. Would definitely recommend

*EDIT* In under an hour they had us fixed! Our mail filters weren't agreeing with their mail client, but all is well and the app works great so far! App did not work with our theme by default so we reached out to support via email and their "get support," button. It has been 7 days now with still no response whatsoever or recourse. Unfortunately it is not just a visual issue, but there is something causing an issue with adding items to the cart only after enabling the app. We're hopeful we can get this resolved as this is exactly the fix we've been looking for, but so far, no luck...

So far so good! I had a small minor issue - popped a support ticket in, I think it was fixed in like 3 minutes from submitting the ticket! Insane customer support and highly recommend.
