Best Shopify App I have used soo far! Adam support is great, he really goes above and beyond to help you get suet-up and use the apps for your specific needs. I have found that most of the Shopify apps lack basic features that makes them difficult to work with our store (10,000 products). This app allows us to really use Shopify to it's full potential. After the initial learning curve you can really see how powerful this app can be.

One thing that I must say about this app and its company is the customer support. I'd give five stars just for that. Adam was amazing in answering my questions in a timely manner. No automatic emails to clutter my mailbox, just a nice email with clear cut instructions on how to fix whatever issues I had. Besides that, the app is EXACTLY what we needed for our store. Can be customized to be anything that you want it to be. Might need a bit of fooling around (or emails to and from Adam :-)) to get the idea of whats going on, but once you get the hang of it, (which took me less than a day) this app is amazing. Thank You EDIT: So, after using this app and needng a ton of custom help, Adam was at his best again! the warehouse I needed to send my orders to is using an entire different system. Adam programmed my entire system from scratch and didnt bat an eyelash. Didnt ask for any hidden support fees or anything. And he is always fixing the minor bugs that the warehouse causes within a couple of minutes!!! I would give a 100 stars if possible...

This app is exactly what I was looking for, with our exports we have very specific needs and it filled every one of them. When I couldn't figure something out, support was there in no time to save the day.

Me and countless others I know use Xporter to run our Shopify stores. We have it set up so that our orders are exported in an easy to follow fashion for our data entry staff to place orders the next day, all done automatically! The support from Adam is second to none. Love it!

This app is awesome! We've been trying to export some data from Shopify for a while and this app makes it SO easy. It's a bit complex to set up a report but their support team is amazing. Adam was very responsive and helped out to do exactly what we wanted, great buy!

This App has been the best money spent! Not only can we pull any information out of Shopify in any format, we can set it to be automated and be email or FTP. You can create liquid fields as well to make them conform to your antiquated Accounting Software like we had to! And if there are issues, Adam is extremely responsive! I would recommend this App to anyone! An A++ in my book!

Wow- I've used most platforms prior to this and Xporter is one of those APPS that actually makes the platform (Shopify) a better choice over the competition- It is fantastic- great product- great support!

Great App, Great Support. I needed a robust solution for creating custom spreadsheets for input into couriers shipping software. Shopify's order export was no where near capable of handling what was required. I searched and found a few solutions which were all in excess of 200$ a month. I had almost given up hope when I come across Xporter and was then instantly blown away by the depth but also ease of use of the app. The price of 45$ (for the maximum gold package) is also great considering that Xporter is now in integral part of my store and shipping solution. The amazing thing with the gold package is that you can generate custom data using liquid code for anything from anything! I needed a few pointers with implementing this and the support I got from Adam was great. He knew exactly what I needed and helped me achieve it very quickly and accurately. Cant recommend this app enough for anyone who needs custom comprehensive reports generated for any aspect of their Shopify store. 5 Stars!

Awesome app and awesome support! This app has saved me a heap of time. I can export orders in the exact format my different suppliers need them. I used to do this by hand and now it's set up to happen with just the click of a button. Adam was also great with helping me get my report templates setup and working from scratch. That's a great app with a great support team. I'm using it on 3 of my websites and it's just perfect. Plus the support team is very helpfull if you need to set really specific filters or conditions on your reports, they will gladly help you raising your goal. A must have.

Would rate 11 stars, but there's only 5. Just found this app a couple of days ago, because we needed to report some complex data out of our store. Data that isn't even directly tracked by Shopify. Adam listened to our needs, and quickly created *exactly* what we needed. I'm amazed. This is truly a phenomenal tool.

This is a great app. Once you play around with it a bit you will realize the huge benefits that it can provide. I don't usually take the time to write reviews but the support that was provided for this app, as well as their Gift Reggie app, has been so good that i wouldn't be able to sleep at night if I didn't take the time to write a review. I was stymied for months by the limited reporting and data export available through Shopify. Analyzing refunds, comparing time periods, trying to determine book revenue vs. cash receipts, state tax calcs, were all frustrating if not impossible with the limited tools and views provided. I found xporter, and now I feel like I have an entire data team behind me. At first the level of detail was overwhelming on the self serve report writing, but the customer service in the first few weeks was astounding. They put the time in to help you define what you need, and then create draft reports very quickly until it is perfect for you. Not only will they create calculations that you would normally have to do yourself in excel (i.e., estimating SKU-level sales tax on a refund), but they’ll actually rearrange the order of the columns in the report if it helps you. They put the time in because they know once you get the exact, clean, understandable data that you really need, you will continuously be pulling their reports (which, btw, is absolutely right). I am pulling the reports they wrote for me 2-3x a week and I’m not bothering them much because they gave me everything I need. This is much more than an app. I am planning on hitting them up again for another report, but at this point I’m not just desperately trying to understand the historical Shopify data…I now get to focus on how to improve my business. I am not sure how I would have done what I can do now without Xporter. A total gem if you are working with Shopify.

This app works exactly as advertised! Upgraded to the Gold Plan a few months ago and couldn't think of processing our various orders without the app at this point! Have had amazing customer support via e-mails, phone calls, and real-time Google Hangout video conference as well. The people behind the Xporter app stand by their product and want to help everyone using it be as successful, efficient, and headache-free as possible. Highly, highly recommend.

Great app, I use it for: Stock Valuation - has the ability to export the unique shopify variant ID which can then be linked in to cost price data in a spreadsheet, which coupled with exported stock levels makes valuing our stock easy Analysing sales over given time frames Re- ordering from our suppliers - easy to see units sold of any variant vs time and current stock for any item in our store, once in a spreadsheet it's easy to sort by Vendor and product type etc I'm sure there are so many more uses, a great way to get your shopify data out and into a spreadsheet. I had some issue setting up the template for data export but Adam got back in no time and explained what I needed to do. Joel

I am unbelievably impressed with the customer service for this app. Not only was it ridiculously fast (less than 10 minutes), but Adam went above and beyond our expectations. He not only offered solutions to my problem, but provided helpful code and suggestions. Not to mention that the app is extremely flexible and rock solid.
