Amazing app, customer support is quick and extremely helpful!

The people at support is very, very helpful, and the app is very powerful, if not intuitive some times, but I all the things I've tried are doable...

Great. Customer service and function. I tried over 100 apps in shopify app store, Xporter customer service is the TOP 1. Every time I have issue, it will be done in half hour!

This app is great. We thought our template requirements were going to make it difficult to get orders into our accounting software but the eShopAdmin team made it easy. The support team is quick to respond to any questions and was always able to adjust the templates to our needs. Highly recommended.

This app has been able to do everything we need it to do so far, and I don't see that changing at any time. The customer service has been second-to-none. Each time I've contacted them with questions about the application, they answer them quickly and also offer to help me set up the template to make sure it's done correctly. What more can you ask for? If you want an app to help you run customizable reports for your store, then there is no need to look further than this app.

This app is wonderful. It allows us to automatically up load files to and FTP and to narrow in and get the data we need. On top of that their customer service is absolutely incredible. Adam was more than willing to help, not only did he answer my questions but answered questions I didn't think to ask! Couldn't be happier with the service.

This is a great tool for gathering data beyond standard Shopify reporting. Worth taking the time to learn how to use. Their support team was very helpful as well.

I have been using Xporter for several years on various client projects for both reporting and order file management and the app and support are great! Adam and his team are flexible, resourceful, and most importantly very knowledgable. I highly recommend.

Great support team for any issues with the reports. We use this report to send to our clients so it is beneficial to display everything they want to see and with this app it can easily be customized to display however you want it and the data is pulled directly from Shopify.

Xporter is Xtremely useful for us and we use it on the daily to schedule reports for email and we extract plenty of specific, quite granular data on an ad-hoc basis too — re: Customers, Orders, Refunds etc. etc. — none of which we could get so easily from Shopify directly or from any other 3rd-party source, and certainly not with the Xceptional support from the most Xcellent support team. Love them, love their work! Love this app!

Xporter has helped our school store produce a variety of reports for sales and inventory. The support team has been GREAT in helping put together specific reports and made my job much easier! Well worth the cost!

The support team of Xporter provides excellent customer service. I was very pleased with their live chat support! They made the change to the settings during the live chat, and everything works perfectly! The tool has a lot of features that would make file transfer and report generations processes are much more simple for your company. This app is legitimately what you need if you have tons of products, lots of buying, and even varied buying schedules (per your products you're selling) that makes exports not only easy, but the clearest way to save time/money/energy. Plus, if you need help or some changes to the app, Adam is there to help you. Guy is a rockstar. 500 stars if I could.
