This app does everything it's supposed to do. The more important thing to me is that our point-of-contact, Adil, is really good to work with. I like to dial my forms in exactly as I want them. It has to be frustrating to work with people like me sometimes, yet Adil puts up with my lack of knowledge and has taken care of my needs with cheerfulness and good humor. I would recommend this program. The service alone is "worth the price of admission".

Each time we have a launch on our Wholesale site, this order form will fail to load. If we come back to it later, after the traffic has died down it will work, but what's the point if this app doesn't work when we need it the most.

Great app, this solved our complex multi-tier pricing issues. It also allowed us to create custom bulk order forms for our wholesale website. In addition the team was very informative and helpful in helping to implement the app. Rohan in particular was instrumental in helping create a plan and make it work. The man with all the solutions! Much appreciated. Highly reccomended.

Customer and tech support are quick to respond, thorough in execution. The app works as expected and don't recall having any negative issues.

With this app our wholesale customers can quickly add products or reorder all from one screen. It makes wholesale ordering much more efficient for our partners. What sets the app apart though is how great the team's customer service is. If you have any questions they are quick to respond and help.

What A SHAME.... Manipulative payment methods for every single add on which is supposed to be on an app that provides wholesale reports , otherwise what's the use of a wholesale report when you can't apply discounts, they make you pay for the app, then charge you for everything needed, 12$ becomes 24 and then add another 19$ ( with limited options as well) so you have to pay even more for you to get the package, as if 19 $ is not enough...to more and more till you reach a budget of more than 60$ and even more. then comes lock manger , preorder blah blah blah....Very cheap and misleading way to gain customers. will def uninstall and look for a better app.

This is the second app we have used with these guys and once again the support couldn't have been better! Very quick to respond and sorted out a minor issue on my site in a few minutes. The app solves a number of problems we had with B2B ordering.

Support is slow and we often wait for 30minutes to even receive a response. It appears support is subcontracted and the attitude of support staff show a lack of interest in resolving matters. (Jawad Arshad) Feedback is promised but never provided. 'Select Product Category' in the top bar can't be sorted manually. It automatically sorts A-Z. We have +120 Collection to Select from. We run a large Food and Drink store ±3 500 products and our main line of business is Fresh Produce. Due to A-Z listing, we can't list our highest rated collections at the top of the drop-down and lowest-selling collections at the bottom of the dropdown. I requested for the Order form app Columns to be adjusted, received no feedback, this can't be done with the 'Customize Store Forefront' options.

Firstly, the app itself is simple in design and concept. Just what I need. The majority of my customers are wholesale and this app allows them to simply fill up their carts from a long list of products without having to go through the 'front end' as it were each time. I am based in Japan and wanted to add in my own translations, would be perfect if there was a space to edit in the back end without opening the code but I contacted support and they made it happen. A few glitches along the way but they came back each time, happy to help....emails and a skype call to get it fixed. Great customer service. We finally got it all going on New Year's Eve 2019. So I am ready to hit the ground running in the new year! Thanks guys! I would definitely recommend this app. Does what it says on the tin!
