I was looking for an app that could give my customers an option for how they'd like their orders packaged, not related to give wrapping. This app allowed the customization I needed to make it work. I needed a little help getting my modifications made, and Adam from Wrapped was incredibly helpful. He was quick to respond, made changes on his end that needed to be done, and helped me make changes on my end to suit my store's needs. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. I definitely recommend this app.

We use this app to capture a gift note from our customer's buying our IVF Support products as a gift, and then write out a handwritten note for our customer. This is the only app we could find that would create a product and capture the note details for us cleanly. Our customers love it and so do we!

I have been searching for the right app to sell gift boxes for a long time. Most apps I found were relatively complicated and offered few options for customization. This app had everything I was looking for: a simple way to sell gift boxes w/o messing up the product page and an adequate pricing model. Support is also very responsive and extremely helpful. Andy, thank you for all of your help!

I am a tech dinosaur and was able to easily install the Wrapped App on a Shopify 2.0 Theme. It was a chinch! Also, Wrapped tech support (ADAM!!!) is phenomenal. I needed help to personalize the app to best suit my product and also the design of the website. Adam stepped in and within minutes had the app look and feel just the way I had wanted. AMAZING. Adam is stellar - he is super proficient and provides top-notch service. He's also gracious and friendly and put me totally at ease. I love the Wrapped app and am really excited to work with the Wrapped team going forward. I'm really impressed. And I'm using the Free Version to get started since just starting a new website. I felt like I got the type of service reserved for their advanced pro clients. I felt as if I was their most appreciated top client. THANK YOU!!!

we were using a different app for gift wraps and had SO many glitches. Google searched and found Wrapped. i am so beyond happy with the switch! In just 3 days, our customers have even emailed us noticing the change. Adam has been a pleasure to work with- he customized the app for our site and helped us install it! 100% recommend it :)

This app works great on my website. It took a bit to figure out how it can best suit my needs but Adam has been fantastic to work with and elevated the app for me further than I expected. Super happy.

I'm actually using Wrapped to do something a bit different and had to contact the dev with some questions about how I could tweak it and what I might be able to get it to do. Adam was very responsive, thoughtful and helpful; Wrapped ended up working great as a solution to my needs. To me, that's critical: a dev that cares about their product and the end-user and wants to help. I have absolutely no qualms offering my highest recommending to this app and developer.

Absolutely perfect! I wanted a gift app that didn't interfere with my store's design and just allowed for a simple "gift" checkbox with a box for a message, and I was able to achieve just that. Adam was very responsive and helpful, and even helped me customize the cart message a bit more by adding a link to an additional listing. One of the best app experiences I've ever had!

These guys are the best! Weather you use the app for gift wrapping or change it up to upsell from the cart. Gift wrap is well worth the $$. On top of that we had a glitch show up in our shop and Adam had me fixed up within hours. Seriously… stop looking. This is the right choice…

Phenomenal customer service! We installed this app to add gift wrap options at checkout, and even though we're only on the free version for now, Adam took the time to customize some styling for us and now it looks perfect. And functionally, it does just what we want.

I am completely blown away by not just the outstanding quality of this app but by the customer service provided by Adam. After being frustrated for an entire week trying to solve the gift wrap option issue (we bought an expensive high end theme that didn't include it as a feature!), trying persist with half a dozen other gift wrap apps (none produced anything close to excusable ..and don't get me started on the lack of quality help or how those apps SLOWED DOWN OUR WEBSITE LOAD TIME BY 4secs!) ...THIS APP & ITS OWNER BLEW US AWAY!! Within 20 minutes we had a gift wrap option that was more than suitable for any high end or luxury product! There were a couple of glitches (which were actually the fault of our theme) and a fussy request (which made the app look a completely seamless part of our store) ..Adam went above and beyond, communicating clearly and dealing with our issues/request when he really could have left it. He's based in Canada and works with the kind of professionalism you'd expect when hiring your own IT specialist (pretty good for 'just' a Shopify app!) No doubt, if I ever need another app, I will be first checking to see if Scenario Apps has what I'm looking for! Please don't make the same mistake I made and choose other apps just because they have thousands of good reviews, this app developer is just starting out and they will eventually have 3x the reviews of other apps!! One last thing, is be aware that a lot of apps are not very compatible with Shopify 2.0 theme's (which this one is) - you will end up with a lot of glitches and a very disappointing experience if you try to use one of those outdated apps with the 2.0 themes. I would put this review in so many other places if I could... When you're trying to make a quality website without much of a budget to work with, an app like this is absolutely priceless! thank you so much Adam & scenario apps! We wish you all the best! ..and we'll be watching out for any new apps you put out!

A frictionless app that does exactly what it needs to do. Adam is a rockstar. He values customer input and puts things in action in mere days. Side note: Since installing 'Wrapped' we've enjoyed a 5% increase in sales. Couldn't recommend it more.

The app is fantastic - easy to use and very flexible. But what stands out from the dozens of other Shopify apps I've used is the outstanding support. I reached out to them for a simple request and they went above and beyond, even digging into my theme code to help me fix an issue that was entirely unrelated to the app! Their developer was WAY more helpful than even our theme developer and the Shopify front end developers we were troubleshooting with. I can't express enough gratitude and praise for this app and the people behind it!
