I am so impressed with this app and the level of customer service. I opened up my shopify shop almost a year ago, but put off adding a reviews app because it all just seemed too overwhelming. I am so happy I just found WiseReviews through a thread on Reddit. Literally not even 15 minutes later I was already transferring reviews from my Etsy over to my Shopify shop. I was able to transfer over reviews so easily. I had installed 2 of the 3 widgets in the free plan and when I tried the third it didn't work because of my theme. This was really no big deal to me and I went to bed. But by the time I woke up, I had a message in my email saying they resolved it?! That is seriously AMAZING SERVICE. Thank you so so much Jayden and everyone at WiseReviews! Will definitely pass on your name if the topic of Shopify Reviews apps ever comes up in my artist circles.

I am very pleased with this app. I am not very experienced with setting up our site but Jayden was very prompt at contacting us. He was very helpful and showed us screenshots of how to get our reviews imported. The app is very user-friendly and simple to use. I would highly recommended to anyone looking to import their reviews.

This is a must have App. I have been using it for a few weeks now and everything has been flawless and easy to manage. Tonight I was ready to publish my new Store theme and I remembered I hadn't set this app up to it yet. I installed the first widget no problem, but the second one would not install. Support had messaged me instantly noticing a problem and they had it installed in minutes! I was amazed on how quickly the issue was resolved. Amazing customer service and the app itself is a must have!

The app is exactly what I was looking for. You can easily integrate reviews. Jayden is very helpful and took care of a small problem within minutes. And he also fulfilled my request, regardless of the subject, exactly as I wanted. I'm grateful!

The best review app. After testing a lot of review apps on my new store, I just installed this unknown review app.I chose it because the photo reviews are really big compared to other apps. All the steps of installation went smoothly and straight.I encountered a little issue, but Jayden from support solved it very quickly. The widget was in the middle of the page instead of the bottom (because of my specific theme). Jayden fixed this very quickly, and I thank him again.

Excellent app- it's a hidden gem. It's great for importing reviews and customer service is amazing. I had trouble with installing a widget and they replied back the same day and fixed the issue. I hope the app gets more popular in the future.

EXCELLENT APP. I have used WiseReviews on a paid plan for another store, and it was really simple to set up. My store that I am working on now had needed some work with reviews, and that's where Jayden had helped me to select my ideal review design preferences for my store. Jayden is very helpful and polite and is THE representation of great online customer service. I 100% would recommend WiseReviews to anyone working on an online store.

I tried other review apps before arriving with this one. WiseReviews is MUCH easier to use than alternatives and the support is second to none. Any issues are alerted to the support team and they offer immediate support to resolve the issue. Easy to use, easy to import, easy to feature reviews, easy to use widgets. You won't regret this choice.

Great app for small businesses, understanding support. I realized that the app is good for people who have a smaller business, but have room to grow. Update: I asked them to remove the code from my theme, and they said the code was removed, I was thankful for understanding, but recently I've found out that the code was not removed and was required to put additional time and effort to remove the code.

Been using this app for an hour now and very pleased so far! Ran into a small issue and Jayden was super quick to respond (within seconds) and resolved my issues within minutes. Very kind too. Recommend!

Very good app I use it to import reviews from Shein and it's such a time saver. There could be some improvements in terms of the user experience of organizing the reviews and being able to edit them. However, the app does what it says it could do and does it fairly well. I'm very happy that this app exists!

This is the best reviewer app i have tried, highly recommend. Everything is so easy to do with great support.

5 Stars is not enough. Jayden was so precious. She made a review page for me which is simply awesome. Also gave me a lot of tips. Really helpful since I'm a beginner here. I have the free plan yet and it works great. If you have more than 100 reviews to import, like me, the standard plan is probably the best choice. I'm going to try it.

A fantastic app, that not only looks great from a customer perspective and fits in perfectly with our brand colors and theme. From a merchant perspective, it is so intuitive to use and the import feature to bring in reviews from Amazon is incredible. Can't recommend this app enough.

Super intuitive app to use and the free plan is very generous compared to other review apps. Also the customer service is incredible, Jayden responds faster than my family to messages. Would recommend to anyone working on easily improving their store credibility.
