Wiser works really well, it has the ability to deliver relevant and personalized recommendations to customers, based on AI and you can also do it manually. The best thing about the app is the customer support, they can solve all your problems and answer every question you got. Honestly I was a bit apprehensive about if the set up would be difficult but it was so simple. Just a few clicks of what setting you would like for your store, what design you would like for the widgets and that's it! Hasti checked for me that everything was running well in my store. I asked Vishal for some advice for what widgets work best and he was so helpful. He even said he would install a custom widget for my product page! The customer service is beyond 5 stars and I have really high hopes the app will help my store.
