Wiser seems to put everything I've researched all in to one app. I struggled with a few apps more expensive than this one, only to dump because I found something better. I'm not having second thoughts. The support team was excellent.

i am using this app for my store for product recommendations and related products. The app has a lot of features which we are still exploring and i recommend this app.

After going through 3 or 4 other related products apps I finally found Wiser Recommended Products app. I wanted my related products to be able to show as related by tags as some were similar but in different collections. The support team worked hard with me to get the products to relate by tag. They were responsive and helpful. They helped me with more than one problem I was having and did it in a friendly, professional manner. They checked in if they hadn't heard from me to make sure I was happy with their results. The support team and app are both great! Highly recommend!

I tried Wiser after trying a similar app that didn't work well, and I'm very happy with Wiser. Wiser is very user friendly and had options for automated related products as well as manual. When I had a small problem, the help desk responded very quickly and sorted out the problem quickly. I recommend this app :-)

Great APP and the staff of WISER are incredibly helpful and gave my site the ability to recommend products in my blog. I tried everything to get it work, but technicians from Wiser did it for me and it works great. Check it out.

It's ok for a few basic functions but still needs quite a bit of work on usability and flexibility. It would be better if the display of the products was more responsive to screen and number of products. For example, if I use a recently viewed widget, but I've only viewed one product, then it will show one product on the left and a large ugly white space for 3 more products. I can't set up a set of recommended products to show across the site (not below a specific product).

Uninstalled because app is not working well and the support leaves a lot to be desired. I had some issues with the app performance such as currency symbol not showing, products not available on the store showing up in featured collection, random products showing up in best sellers, unrelated products showing up in related products, add to cart buttons not aligned in the same position and other issues. The only thing they fixed was the currency symbol and for the others the response I got was to pay them to have those issues fixed or ask my developer to fix them. These are all problems that are within the app itself so their approach to dealing with it doesn't sit well with me. There are other similar apps who offer free set up and customization.
