Installed the app, had to approve the monthly charge before I could even use it (so much for a free plan) which I declined. Read more reviews and FAQs to see that their billing is based off of total monthly orders on your store. Including orders that their app may not have had any part in generating the sale. How is that even justifiable? You say there's analytics of what the app helped sell in a store, so why isn't billing based off that? I mean really...what a scam.

Very good application. Especially the upsell and recommendation widgets are very successful. Also, their customer support service is very fast and very helpful. There is almost nothing they can't do and they are more than willing to do whatever you ask.

We used the App from about 2 years. Now I needed to edit something on a widget and they did all that I needed. Great Support ! I recommend !

I found the app quite easy to navigate and integrate but then had a pop up chat that helped me refine my offering, which was amazing!

Great app and not least a very helpful team that is ready to help when needed. This app has my highest recommendations. The only downside is that it has not been translated into Danish yet, but you can sit down and translate the individual main texts yourself without much difficulty.

These guys are simply THE BEST. Exceptional support team that went above and beyond to make sure my use=case of their app was working flawlessly and was pixel-perfect on my website. Brand is so important to me and i was very glad that they were able to accomodate my design needs so that their app looked as native as possible. Cheers!
