手順通りに設定しても閲覧履歴等が表示されなかったため、アプリ内のチャットからサポートに連絡したところ、対応がとても早く、数分で問題を解消いただけました。 また、その他にも細かい調整まで行っていただきました。 英語のアプリですが、サポートの方の対応が良いので自分で必要以上に検証せずとも、スピーディに設定できると感じます。 When I contacted support via the in-app chat, the response was very quick and the problem was resolved in a few minutes. They also made other minor adjustments. Although the application is in English, I found the support staff to be very responsive, so I was able to set it up quickly without having to verify more than necessary myself.

Really sophisticated and great app I use in order to increase sales and conversions. Will certainly use this in the coming months and years. And had a great and prompt customer service helping and troubleshooting my issues, one of the best app we ever used :)

Wiser's dashboard is clear and user-friendly and I like the analytics by widget type to see what's been most effective. I have familiarity with the Enterprise level too and recommend it to customize all of the look & feel, function, and placement of the widgets. The tech support team has been very responsive and helpful.

At the suggestion of a well respected graphic designer, I loaded the Wiser app to my Shopify store website. I subscribed to Wiser for the additional features for my webpages. During my preliminary process of learning the app, I reached out to the Wiser support team. I had several questions, regarding the Wiser dashboard. So, I contacted their support via live chat. I have to say their technical support engineer Hasti responded almost immediately. She walked me each process step by step. My chat what Hasti helped me understand how to navigate the Wiser subscribed functions. Hasti went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were addressed. I would highly recommend Wiser based on the app benefits. And their excellent support team mainly Hasti.

This app is very easy to use and super effective. Their customer support is also excellent, they are responsive and will help you with any issues you have.

I am new using this app on my page on shopify and their customer service team solve the issue i had with some colors of the widget. They really help me very quick and also they do it by their own, thanks for the support.

Update we have now had the app installed for just one week, and already we have had 7% increase in sales, and we are only on the free plan! I want to especially thank Karishma who is the most amazing customer success agent I have ever encountered. She has been going above and beyond to integrate the app into our site and make it look just completely streamlined with our shop's design. We have now started the free trial for the premium plan and we will update our review with our experience. Initial Review: We have just started using the app again and customer service was fantastic to help us get it to work and look exactly how we wanted. We started using Wiser a few months ago to replace our manual frequently bought together recommendations and it has been great. From what I can tell the AI-based recommendations work very well. The two potential downsides is I want more out-of-the-box customizability without the need for a developer and I would like to hide products from being displayed if the AI recommendation is chosen. Wiser did help us with the customization a lot but it would have been good to do it on our own. Overall great app and good customer service!

I Am using this app for almost 6 months now and it really works. does what is expected to do . Recommend products and average order value has increased . Awesome customer support . Have attend all my concerns in very short time . Very happy the way team works. Really recommend for others too.

Wiser has been great for our website. The set up and optimization can be a bit confusing sometimes but the support the app offers is great and they are very quick to respond to any questions as well as make suggestions!

We tried this app out a few years back and I regret to say that I didn't give it more of a chance then. Once I had time to really dive into all of the features it offers, I was blown away at what it could do for our store. The customer service was beyond anything I've ever experienced and surpassed all expectations. We now have a custom section on each product page that allows recommendations to show that match each top and bottom, essentially giving customers the option to "complete the set." So thankful for the team and all their assistance! Our upsells are already significant.

The support team is really responsive and helpful. We want to do a customization on how price / sales price being displayed, they kept us posted in the process and tweaked it as how we wanted. Thanks again!

This app has fantastic functionality and the service is fantastic. They also help out with styling is you run into any issues with that part!
