This is an update to my previous review a few weeks ago shown below. The team has been extremely responsive to the issue I outlined below and has now corrected it in record time. This is a support team that really cares about it's customers and their feedback. The app works great for our needs and as such I have changed my 2 star review to 5 stars. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- This app is really a 5 star app but it has one fatal flaw - It only works with your published theme so you have no ability to test this and work out the kinks without effecting your live site. I have never seen an app that makes you mess with your live site for obvious reasons. Putting this aside I was impressed with how easy the app is to hide prices and content but unfortunately this is a no go for us.

This is a good app, with a good communication service when needed. thanks again for your assistance as of late to resolve some changes that were needed. Now we can do what we need to do! Thanks again team.

I contacted them for help applying code to our website and they had it done within 24 hours. The issues that we were experiencing were solved. Loved how quickly they responded and how our website works now.

The support team for this app is very responsive and helpful. A feature I would like is to automatically display a special discounted price for special member customers who have the member tag. If a product has both a general price and a special membership price, when a customer with a membership tag logs in, the membership price is automatically displayed. That's the functionality I wanted. Unfortunately, apps with these features are very expensive, and many apps use % discounts instead of fixed-price discounts as a method of discounting. for that reason,I have given up on using these apps. As an alternative, I decided to use this "WholeSale Lock Manager". We prepared two products with different prices for visitor customers and member customers, and controlled the display of the products by "WholeSale Lock Manager". This "WholeSale Lock Manager" app is really easy to use. Moreover, I am grateful that the price is very reasonable.

Simple and easy to use app. We use to allow only spesific tag customer that allow to see, search and order the spesific product. And work well with small work by the IT team. Fast respond keep the good work.

Wholesale Helper provides top-notch customer service. They respond quickly and are extremely helpful with problem solving. Their products are crucial tools that help our business succeed. If you need a Wholesale app, this is the only one I would recommend.

This app has been vital in managing our store. This, along with the Wholesale Pricing Discount and Wholesale Order & ReOrder apps have made our store a cohesive & user-friendly experience for both our customers & our team. Having as many locks as our little hearts desire has made showing/hiding products to certain customers simple & painless. My only current complaint is that you can't lock variants, you have to lock a whole product. This means if we have a variant we want to show/hide from certain customers, we have to either duplicate the product entirely and show or hide each version to certain customers, or we have to have that variant just be a separate product entirely and show it to certain customers. Not the end of the world, but it would be a nice feature for sure. Overall, once you get the hang of it, it's pretty much a breeze. Support has been quick to respond and super helpful!

Previously I had a bad experience with this company but Seth and I talked and he restored my pay buttons. I'm grateful for this. I appreciated that he made it right. If something goes wrong in business an owner should always make it right. I will remain watchful but today I'm happy that the pay buttons have been restored. Thank you.
