I cannot add a new review because I have already removed the app. Not because it is a bad app, exactly the opposite. We would still be using them if we werent closing our business! Easy to use, wholesale customers love it. Would be great to be able to see the wholesale sales separate to the online sales for reporting and KPIs.

This is the best B2B app I have found by far. They have a great process of setting it up on your theme template and the rest I was able to set up with ease. The only thing I have to do is set up tier pricing and it will be everything we wanted Customer service is amazing and will do whatever they can to help you out.

This app is very thorough and feature-rich, even at the entry price. I've found the help desk to be fast and with personalised replies. You can tell that they are actually reading your questions and circumstances and carefully crafting a response and suggestions to suit your exact situation. I've been using it for about a year and a half and recommend it for small businesses growing their B2B offerings.

There are a lot of wholesale apps available and so choosing the right one is a difficult decision. However I went with Wholesale Gorilla after reading reviews on the shopify platform and also independent blogs and reviews. They have been absolutely brilliant at helping me along the way of set up and answering questions the same day.The set up process is actually quite straightforward but anything I was unsure about they took the time to help. I love the way my wholesale site looks the same as my retail site as I didn't want to lose any of my design. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking to start a wholesale platform to use Wholesale Gorilla. A big thank you to all the team but especially Clementine who has guided me every step of the way.

The wholesale gorilla app works great for our webshop with wholesale and retail customers. It makes it very easy to set different wholesale conditions, while using the same inventory and product information. Besides the support team is great and is also willing to implement small custom preferences. We are a fan!

Excellent support. We have been using for a few years and have only had a couple of issues and they were both resolved quickly. The best wholesale solution I could find. Lots of options to fit multiple needs we have.

I am extremely disappointed with Wholesale Gorilla as they made changes to the incorrect (and live) theme version of my website at approximately 3am on a Saturday of a long weekend. Wholesale Gorilla were advised of the theme name that needed to be updated however went outside their permission and scope. Even when advising them that they had updated the incorrect theme they failed to address this.

Super great, clear, fast tech support. Great app and support. Gorilla people have never been less than wonderful.

Friendly and helpful support. They just carried out 2 new installations for us and a tune up of one of our existing installs we have had running sucessfully for the past couple of years. All updates ready by the time I arrived next morning. Would definitely recommend them.

This app let me cancel my other subscription costing much more money. It does what I need. Plus I had a few questions & they were answered very quickly !!!!

With minimal effort and time on my part, this app has provided me with a complete wholesale solution for my business... and it's simply bolted on to my existing retail store! the support has been excellent for the few minor style customisations required for my theme. Highly recommend!!

This does not work the way it claims. Then when I uninstalled the app it will not allow me to delete all these extra unneeded pages that the app created. This is not a good practice.

I've tried so many apps to help sell wholesale on my shopify and this is the only app I found that had all the functionality I needed. Support have been very helpful and kindly answered all my questions promptly. Recommend :)

Wholesale Gorilla has been excellent for us so far and their customer support has been nothing but terrific. Due to a recent update with shopify, the auto send invoice has not been working for us but that has not been a big deal. I do wish there was more customization allowed but I know they are working hard on it and there is no other app that could do what we need Wholesale Gorilla to do.

We wanted to love this app. There were issues with the app that we just couldn't get worked out. Maybe it wouldn't work with our theme? We had to uninstall it.

Helpful and fairly responsive, does the dev work for us! We previously had a separate Shopify store, and this has saved us time and effort transferring inventory to different warehouses. Our retailers also love it because they don't want to have to go to multiple sites to view what's available. So far, so good with this app!
