Really fast technical support. App was easy to install but just needed some help with making discounts visible - they fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes! 5 stars!

I've had ongoing issues with apps before, but the support I've received from Website On-Demand has been incredibly attentive and helpful. Their apps are well thought out and make it easy to manage both a retail and wholesale business at once. I highly recommend this app, not only because it's extremely customizable, but because the support service is fabulous. The ability to make custom pricing and payment terms is exactly what i was looking for. If you're looking for a suite of apps, I would use their pre-order now too. They integrate easily and provide a seamless customer experience - be it a wholesale or consumer!

Just installed it recently. The install was really easy (~5 min). At first the discount was not working at checkout but customer service was really great and they fixed that in less than a day. Everything works perfectly so far.

It says it's compatible with other apps and doesn't use discount codes but is not compatible with other discounts. So if you use any other apps that involve discounts (i.e. discounted recurring subscriptions) this won't work for you.

Great and quick response customer service!! At first discount price didnt show at shopping cart, chat with customer service, knowing that that's something need to be tune in the theme code setting. And without delay they assists on solving the problems!! much appreciate for the great effort!

This app allows us to define special pricing for B2B customers based on specific tags. It's easy to use, and the support is fast and effective. I totally recommend this app.

It does what you expect and the install support was excellent. It's newer, so some features are still under development but it's a quality system.

This app was exactly what I was looking for to offer a separate wholesale price to our dealers and sponsored members. I had one question about setting it up and they responded quick with the perfect answer to help me out. I definitely recommend this app to any business looking to make wholesale orders simple and quick!

Very happy with the support. Very fast answer. I could not set up the app by myself, I needed help to have it fixed. Some items, like the shop discount name, are not possible to translate in my shop language, but I hope this will follow soon.

I am a first time Shopify user and was able to install and test the app with few issues. Customer Support (Robert) was fantastic with prompt, patient and accurate answers to all my questions.

We had an issue with the app in our cart and I put a request in to support and Vlad was very responsive and got it fixed in no time. And it looks great. I couldn't be happier with the support and with the way the app works for our store.

The app doesn't allow for Direct To Checkout buttons, or for several instances of the discount to appear at the same time on the same page. But the technical support is TOP CLASS, truly amazing people working here, they solved everything I needed and did it really fast.

I used this app to give a 10% off on my entire store to members of my membership site. It was very intuitive and when I had some doubts, I contacted the support and they were AMAZING. This is my second app from the same company: I have also installed Pre-Order Now. Great app also and the same excellent customer support. I tagged all my members with the tag "member" and voila, I was done. All my members now enjoy 10% off.

Free plan really a waste of time. For businesses starting out in wholesale I believe there is a need to offer at least a collection to the first Discount group offered in Free plan. One product really does not suffice. Maybe add a basic or intermediate level between free and professional. So users can try it more and get up and going before leaping to Professional costing. Other than that I think it would be great for larger businesses that have the revenue to support the fees. I would return if this was possible as the set up was easy. But at this stage 3 stars for one product.

Couldn't get the app to work and very slow support I wouldn't recommend. Not a great experience at all

App didn't function at all. Contacted support who couldn't see we had the app installed. Several back and forth's, not a single step taken to address the issue and we decided to continue our search for an app that provides more help than frustration.

I use this app for wholesale. Although it's been only 5 days of me using this app, the support have been great. I'd wish this app is more customizable and easier to use and understand. But it's still a great app

UPDATE: Went to 2 stars because I saw that they responded the emails I submitted. Not adding any more since the responses didn't fully answer my questions and the app is not user friendly. As an example, the discounts only show up in the cart not while the customer is shopping. Why would I want to show my retail prices first to a wholesale customer? I have submitted 4 support tickets and no response (plus an original one several weeks ago). One ticket was just to see if they got the others. Very surprised based on other reviews. I am very disappointed. First the app doesn't do what it says it will then I can't get help. Another wholesale app bites the dust for me. :-(

trial time is too short. the rest seems to work ok after we had support adjust for our custom theme.
