We at Luvo Store Australia are using this app and i had an issue that i needed help with and i sent a message to the live chat and instantly got a message from the team asking me to jump on a google meet to talk to a real person and walk through the platform and how to set it up, this was amazing 5 star service and mambir was incredbily helpful and was easily the best help i've ever gotten from an app. I would highly recommend this anyone. Whilst we were on the phone call, we also noticed an issue with the upload speed and mambir immediately message the tech team to fix the issue and within 5 mins it was fixed.
