I use the app on multiple of my stores and it is by far the best announcement bar app I have used. It allows me to have multiple scrolling announcement bars tailored to the customers location and it's super easy to setup. I couldn't recommend it enough!

Pointed out an odd (not production breaking) language choice and support was quick to update and make changes Update: After some use, wanted to add a note: Their servers are slow to respond to the api calls the annoucnement bar makes. It shouldn't impact things for the customer, but the network requests waterfall in the dev console will be very long. One last update: There was an update that was rolled out, which added inline style of body {font-family:sans-serif}. This overrode and took precedent of the main css causing all body text to not look correct/use the correct font. No app should do this. We uninstalled this app from our store.

Customer service is the worse. I sent a message for some help, got an answer the following day, i answered as soon as i saw it. I got a response from them after Many hours when it clearly said someone was online during the day. No apologies or anything for keeping me waiting for so long. The app also wont open anymore for some reason. Anwys.. waste of time

App works great. Banner setting is easy. Customer service is very helpful. They helped me fix the top banner after customer rolling down the page. Thank you.

It is very easy to install this app. When I had a problem while there was something missing they almost immediately helped me to solve the problem. I really like the way they are working !

The app is great, and does exactly what I need it to do. I would further commend the responsiveness and the support from the app creators. Very useful app. We use this for weekly announcements/promotions. We like that is very simple to use and highly customizable. It would be nice if it could do recurring announcements, however. Still, it works exactly how we would like and expected!

The level of support I have received to get the banner displayed correctly with my custom theme was incredible. Ravi made sure everything displayed perfectly on mobile & desktop for me in a very timely fashion and I look forward to using this app into the future knowing they have my back!
