We're super impressed with the Shoppable Instagram app and the developer's outstanding customer service! We wanted a way to showcase our instagram photos on our website. Not only can we show our photos, but customers can also shop for our products by clicking on the photos. Nice! We didn't know how to embed the app on our site, so we sent an email request to the developer and he helped us out immediately. We couldn't be happier with the results.

Here at Sensual Shoes & Clothing Boutique, we have been working hard for a couple of years to build our business and also on finding the right business partners to fit our store and mantra. With so many choices, it's always a trial and error. However, with Shoppable Instagram Galleries we hit jackpot. We installed the app and quickly found that we are not great with codes or embeds. We contacted Shoppable Instagram at 1 am pacific time in a panic thinking we destroyed our store that we have taken almost 2 years to perfect. They contacted us back at 1:01 am and had us up and running by 1:15 am. They were quick, reliable, and responsive. And that is just the customer service aspect. In terms of the app; there are many somewhat similar apps out there but none of them seem to give the complete service. Our goal is to have our followers purchase our products we show on Instagram. Shoppable Instagram does just that as it flawlessly connects our feeds to our home page of our site. But the best part of this app is the ability to TAG your post from the app, add the contact comments, and set it up so it links right to the item in your store. Big plus for us and it's easy task that takes seconds. Game changer for us. Highly suggest you get this app.

Hello I contact you because I had set up your application on my eshop, I quickly remove it seeing multiple likes on doubtful instagram profiles! I lost many subscribers because of your conneris! More, since I removed your application, I no longer have any like or movement on my insta !!! Usually every post is worth me a multidude of like in very little time! I will post your application as dubious to shopify.

This app is amazing! I wasn't sure where to embed the code so I emailed Eldar and he promptly responded with a resolution. I have the free plan now but will be upgrading. Thank you!

I love the way my IG feed looks on the homepage of my site! When I first embedded the code it went onto every page of my website and I wasn't crazy about that. So I contacted them and within 24 hours they fixed it to just be on my homepage. So great service too, definitely recommend.

After searching through multiple shoppable IG apps, I decided on Shoppable Instagram Galleries. Although I just got setup to use the app, I'm sure I will revisit later to followup my review on the app's features. I can truly say the representative was EXTREMELY helpful and never gave up on making sure my IG was set up as I envisioned. In this fast paced world where 'ok' customer service is even rare, I am very pleased with the diligence and respectful service I received from Shoppable representative Kalys Salmakbaev. Not only did Shoppable GREAT customer service impress me it also motivates me to 'pass it forward' when assisting others. Thanks a million! Priscilla P.S. There is one feature I request Shoppable InstaShop improves and that is the photo gallery on Instagram. Currently, its only set up to show single line images. It would be great if it displayed the images two or three to each row.
