The app is incredible and the customer service is even better! They helped with editing the style but after I realized that editing it would not make the mobile view look good they jumped right in and cleaned it all up for me. This app works like a charm and the support is second to none. Thanks!

Use this app on our store. Works as advertised. But more importantly, their support is top notch. We had a bug with this app and another one that we could not figure out. Great app! Pros - Easy linking interface, has not noticeably affected site speed and load times, very customisable (be prepared to work with style sheets to customise it to match your theme), good price, great customer support! Cons - Cannot choose a product not to display accessory if you choose site wide default accessories, cannot easily choose quick menu to display hero image only Having worked with support and CSS, I am extremely happy with how this looks and runs on our website.

I used this app on my other store, the theme I am using on my new store has an inbuilt function similar to product accessory app but it was no where near as good as this app so I scrapped and installed this app which works fantastically my store is not about upsells but more about addons that alot of people buy and this app is perfect for that also looks professional and functions well. Will continue using this app on my future store. Also support is fantastic!

Just installed the app. Simple and straightforward, seems to do what it states and meets our needs. Easy to manage, though some updates could make things more streamlined. Customer service was very quick with responses and helps to sort out small bug and one style issue. Happy so far!

Really good tool for adding optional related products without needing to create variances in Shopify. The only issue is that it can take a while for new products to sync.

I used this app because it was an easy and helpful addition to my store. What I didn't realise was the awesome support team that I also purchased. Not only did Justin and the team get us help fast, they also went out of their normal work scope and helped our store with other errors that we didn't see before.

Decent app, required adding code which may be a little annoying if you're not very familiar with doing so. The app did what was told but drastically decreased my site speed (from 1.5s to 9.7s) Due to this I got rid of the app

Shopify's standard way to do options is to generate a bunch of variants. With the stuff we are selling this would create pages of variants, which makes them really difficult to maintain and update. W3Trends Product Accessories lets you add options to the existing product. Basically, displaying products on other product pages. Almost like 'related products'. The app is really easy to install and works really well out of the gate. However, we had to do some minor tweaks on the CSS to work with our Focal theme. Unfortunately, we do not have in house coder. So in desperation we contacted W3's support for a guide and, lo and behold, they decided to fix everything for us. All done by the next day, exactly how we want things to be... no additional compensation! 5 Stars!! *Being a Shopify app *Very reasonable cost *Ease of Installation *Great support *Great result
