We have been working with Custom Product Options for many years. The product is fantastic, very user friendly and the tech support quick and thorough. I am thrilled and hope to continue working with this company and this app for many years to come!

I have worked with a number of app developers and I rarely write a review. These folks exceeded my expectations so I had to chime in with a note of thanks. They are real pros and it's a pleasure to work with them.

We have used Custom Product Options for a couple of years now and it has been a fantastic app for our website, I am not great with IT and I can use it with ease and we have recently had an issue ( no fault of Custom Product Options ) but our own team and they very quickly jumped to help and have sorted the issue out, great company and excellent customer service.

Very good app and the people there are very nice. With this app I finally got all my expectations from Shopify. Thank you guys.

GOODBYE PRODUCT VARIANTS!!! CPO allowed me to get rid of product variants - which were causing so many issues for my store. The new CPO app is really a game changer - it makes life so much easier for us. Plus, running upgrade product reports are much easier. IF VARIANTS ARE CAUSING YOU PROBLEMS, THIS APP SOLVES IT!!!!!!!! I've had Custom Product Options installed for about a year now. Cannot fault the app or the service provided by the team. There's been numerous times I've called upon the help of the developers for various reasons (never for a fault of the app). They are so quick to respond despite being on the other side of the world to me! And they always nail it first time around! So pleased I stumbled across this app, it makes my online store function exactly as I need it to! Cheers guys!

I loved their support. They even went above and beyond when I couldn't figure it out and did it for me. Just be nice and descriptive about what you're trying to do they want to help you make it work.

Tired of using Bold Options? So were we. Do yourself a favor and just make the switch. If you were able to figure out how to make Bold do what you want then using this app is going to absolutely floor you with how easy and logical everything is. The integration was a 1 button process. The documentation for this app is absolutely phenomenal, and we were able to make all but two customizations to our site by ourselves without needing programming knowledge. For the remaining two customizations (changing selection border color and altering the functionality of one of the widgets) we opened a support ticket with W3 and they answered both of our questions in plain English, provided copy-paste snippets that solved our problems, and did so within literally minutes of opening for business. We later had an issue that turned out to be a Shopify problem, not a W3 problem, and they were just as professional and eager to help. The only downside to this app is that the customer can't edit options in cart. They told me it's a feature they'd like to see added to the app, but more groundwork would need to be done before such a thing could happen. The drawback is outweighed a hundred times over by the benefits, and my customers are literally reaching out to us with praise over how much better the ordering process is. Thanks W3! Update 10/10/22 We've had to reach out a few times since the initial review to ask how to customize something here and there. Support is always fast, always helpful, very easy to understand. As of now I still recommend them without hesitation!

10-2022 Update - I've been using this app for several years now. The support team was absolutely critical in the migration to a 2.0 theme. We ran into an issue the day of the migration and they went above and beyond to not only fix it but help with our particular requests. Top notch!! Fantastic app! Took our store to the next level. I had a few issues along the way and the support was lighting fast. These guys are great!

Sehr viele Möglichkeiten, die conditional logic zu organisieren, Preise hinzuzufügen etc., das Ganze zu einem unschlagbaren Abo-Preis der App. Ich wollte, dass die App schneller lädt bei aufrufen der Produktseite, habe dem Support geschrieben, sie haben mir sofort geholfen und das für mich programmiert. So einen Service habe ich selten erlebt. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist einfach und verständlich. Man kann leicht Überschriften wählen und das Design passt sich optimal an das Shop-Theme an. Danke

The Custom Product Options app is just what I was looking for. Although it did take quite some time to configure, the end result is perfect. The numerous options with conditional logic and a product image that depicts the options selected will really help us. This app also has excellent support. Responses were very quick and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend Custom Product Options!

Great customer service. I don't have much experience with the app performance yet. However, the customer support has been really great with very quick responses and solutions to my questions. This app has been a life saver for our company. We have very specific products with a lot of personalization. I have been using this app now for about a year and it is brilliant. I have an online only store for personalised baby gifts and I am able to tailor the personalisation options to my needs to easily, far better than previous apps I have used. The team is also super responsive and helpful with providing advice. Definitely would recommend.

This app is super easy to use and gives us the means to further personalize items for our customers. It also lets us easily do adjustments across all the items faster than other similar apps I have used in the past. I am especially a fan of the conditional logic! Being able to hide or add other components only when needed keeps the look cleaner when not needed. Whenever I have had issues the customer service team has been quick to reply and help.
