When I first installed the app I had no clue what I was doing. Other apps have video tutorials which made it look easy but I couldn't get my discounts to load. Fortunately, Hulk had chat support and Kenan was very helpful and got under the hood and made the necessary changes. I am happy and the website looks great!

Our experience with VolumeBoost / HulkApps Inc has been very good. The product will work as we want and even when there has been an issue, the support team responses are fast and the fix implemented quickly.

Using the app for over 2 years and we had no issues. I have reached out to support a few times and they get back to us fairly quickly. I had a recent problem with discounts not being applied with the app but turned out it was the way I made the discount and not the app itself. This app does not work with automatic free shipping codes generated by Growave through shopify, in fact there is maybe only one volume discount app that can do this due to Draft API limitation but it was not suitable for us.

The app seems to meet the needs of what we need to offer customers on the front end. The back end also offers a flexible and straightforward way of applying our data. Customer service very quick and reactive to any issues.

I highly recommended VolumeBoost app, PERFECT SUPPORT, PERFECT APPLICATION !!!!!

Volume Discount is a huge lifesaver! I offer far too many variants for basic Shopify to handle. This app is able to handle the many variants I want, offering discounts PER variant, not combined...it's a huge deal. Now I can remove listings and simplify my customers' shopping experience! So far, I am beyond thrilled! I will update, if needed, once I have had the app longer. Thanks a bunch!!

This app really help me to do tiered discounts for specific products! Best thing is that whenever I encountered any issues, the developers were quick to respond and jump in to fix it for me. Nisha was a big help and troublehooted in helping me update my app right away when I was unsure on how to do it. Thanks again, Nisha!
