Excellent customer service. App is great when your store is having not that many products. For me, with over a 1000 last items on stock I needed another bundle app to make handpicked deals for my customers to order as much as they like (childrens clothes) as Selleasy and Dealeasy sadly are restricted in the number of deals with a discount in the check-out. So for me I sadly had to switch. But if you have not that many products, I highly recommend this app as it also look really good on your website! I will thank the lovely team from the bottom of my heart for all the help they provided.

Veena was a HUGE help in walking me through the steps to add new products to an existing collection and making sure that the existing volume discount would apply to each of the products and appear on their respective pages. Very happy!

I needed help with the app install and chatted with Janani. She resolved my problem quickly and verified all was well with my sites (Web & Mobile). Everything runs well and looks very professional. I am very happy I found this app. I think it is going to help me sell a lot of items.

The plugin is working fine as intended. Even though there is some technicality depending on your chosen option, the support was beneficial and fast.

Customer service is a major part of any business. When it is lacking it detracts from the value of a product, no matter how amazing that product might be. Even "okay" products are more valuable to me when paired with stellar customer service. Selleasy & Dealeasy customer service (Logbase) have not only a fantastic product that is helping my shop in ways I have been searching (increase AOV and upselling) but they also have lightening fast response time and quick answers and fixes to issues. Their chat and email I reached out in was responded to within minutes, and when I wasn't comfortable allowing access to my store, they didn't push they just walked me through the steps to fix the issues myself, with photos and descriptions to navigate in case I lacked technical skill. Highly recommend using their apps for your shop if you would like not only amazing apps for boosting sales (upsells/cross sells etc) but know the need for quick, respectful, and helpful customer service and tech support.

Help desk is prompt. Installing and setting up the app was a DREAM compared to competitor I gave up on. Integrated easily with my theme, and you are able to choose colours and text size etc. Choose this one!

The support team is amazing, Sudhan and Siddarth have helped me through the issues I had with the app. They took the time to answer every question very clearly and answered in a matter of minutes every time. Plus, the app is actually very usefull and offers interisting settings.
