I just want to say a big thank you to the Vitals support team! They helped me change the text color to white on my “Add to Cart” bundle, and it looks perfect now! Super fast and friendly assistance — they always make things so easy. Yei!!!

really bad support i contacted them with a problem i had, and they were so slow 2 to 4 minutes to answer me in one question via chat! and at the end of the chat, i left an unhappy review and now they blocked me from the chat and do not answer me at the emails either :(

I love this app! It has a ton of easy to use features all in one place! From adding size charts and wishlists to the product page, to creating dynamic customizable product bundles, its all there. The support team was extremely helpful and quick to help modify certain features to accomodate my need. Thank you Vitals!

Great All-in-One App with Excellent Support Vitals brings everything you need into one smooth app. Everything works reliably, and the support team is fast and helpful. A real game-changer for any Shopify store.

This app has many great features. Here are two areas that could be improved for the future which the developers have assured me they are working on for the next version. 1. The code looks strange on checkout page. It divides the value of the giveaway product across all the items in the cart. Instead of just subtracting the one item. 2. If we want to give away just the smallest size variant, we have to create a dedicated page for that variant. The vitals app wants to give away any sized variant on that product page. It is a pain to set up a dedicated variant page to giveaway just one variant size. Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the app overall.
