This far the best printing app we've ever used, a very well design app and greate customer support, we have been using this app for months and we don't normally give reviews fast until we really test it, this is a highly recommend app with a lot of options. I wish I could give them more than five stars.

Highly recommend the App. Easy to set up and as I was struggling to get an invoice from last month, I had an immediate support and they sort my problem out in a jiffy.

Neat interfact with multiple templates. User-friendly. WIll consider using the full version once I have hit 50 orders.

Update: Although my feeling about the free plan has not changed, Customer support was excellent in their efforts to make this work for me. You can not have a great app without great customer support. Free plan is useless, It say 50 per month, What they don't say is you can only view 50 per month, Does not let you pick which 50. So it would not even show me an order today, even though I only need this to print a few a month.

Easy to use, impeccable technical support. The process to create an invoice or a return is in a single click. I had a problem with VAT, in Spain we have different VAT, and they did not appear in the invoice downloaded. The next day it was solved. If I weren't married, I'd ask Jack to marry him.

I absolutely love this app, and it helps a lot! Live chat work perfectly, quick response. I definitely will recommence this app to others.

The app works fine. Some orders don't appear in the dashboard and we've been having some issues with the invoices lately

I just downloaded the app today. I understood most things for the set-up process but I still had a few questions for the somethings, that were still a bit confusing for me. I was able to get through their customer service app. Jack was very patient and helpful with the questions I had. I am satisfied with the APP so far.
