Videowise has been an app we have had our eye on for some time now. Having finally had it implemented, we are so impressed with the service we receive from our Account Manager Katarina. She always greets us with a smile on every call and no job is too big of an ask. She’s so helpful and responsive and genuinely cares about our brand and our upcoming launches looking their best. She takes great pride in bringing our products to life through implementing immersive video content that our customers love to engage with! We’re so excited for this ongoing partnership and to discover what’s possible in the future with Videowise!

VW is an incredible tool. From the different video widgets that can be applied across the platform, to the shoppable posts (so easy to create), to the ability to bulk upload a video across multiple product pages (such a time saver) VW does it all. The team was very helpful during the onboarding process and helping us to populate our videos.

This app is a very effective way to displays videos on your site. No only does it make them shoppable but allows many other ways to simply display videos that are very effective. Analytics allow you to see what is working and what isn't and the team goes above and beyond to help with any request you may have. Highly recommend.

The Videowise App has been a game changer for the customer experience on our website. Making the switch from YouTube to Videowise videos enables the customer to interact with the video and shop directly using product links. It's also great to be able to apply brand colors to the individual modules to create a cohesive look and feel with the rest of the web page. Highly recommend this app to highlight various pieces of content while making the shopping experience even more convenient for users!

Great video tool for Shopify users! We started using Videowise a few months ago as we wanted to integrate video content on our website that you can buy directly from, and Videowise does just that. The platform is very user-friendly & easy to navigate, & even design. Kotryna & Leonardo have been extremely communicative throughout the entire process, helping & guiding our brand every step of the way, & gave very helpful tips as to how to make maximize video content & sales. Would highly recommend for anyone in the e-commerce world or anyone with a shop-able site!

This app has been so useful for us in growing sales and learning exactly what approaches our customers respond well to. The videos do not slow our site down whatsoever, and are extremely easy to add to product pages to instantly boost customer engagement. The shoppable video feature has no doubt increased conversion, being able to see a use case video of the product directly from each page is such an effective tool. Very intuitive interface makes it easy for anyone to learn. Kotryna has been awesome in coaching us through setup, giving advice as to what other tools we could use (SO many useful videowise tools to explore), and is always responsive and excited to see positive progress. Could not be more happy with Videowise!

We love using this app. It is super easy to upload videos, customize widgets and tag products. They made the process so seamless and easy. The videos play fast, not slowing down the website - incredible technology overall. The customer support is also wonderful. I've been beyond impressed by the capabilities of VideoWise. I've been working closely with Kotryna from the VideoWise team, who helped with all implementation, recommendations, and has been very responsive and helpful throughout the entire time. I spent time demoing with various competitors - all of which are significantly overpriced and/or don't have the same user-friendliness as VideoWise. Highly recommended.

Excellent tool that I've been implementing across a cosmetics website. The onboarding and installation process has been very smooth and our Account Manager, Eugen, has been extremely responsive and helpful, continuing to help us make the most of the features available. This is a great app to keep site visitors engaged on site. It allows us. to highlight products in a more visually compelling way across multiple placements on site. Great tool! First thing first, I like that the ROI provided by this app is very transparent, so you can see in-depth stats on what value Videowise provides. Also, this app does not affect page speed at all. Very easy to upload videos to keep shoppers more engaged and make them purchase more, at a better conversion rate. Would 10/10 recommend

The app is great ! It was a really good addition to our website since Shopify is sometimes quite limited when it comes to displaying videos. Stela introduced us to the app and then we have been working with Leonardo who has given us all the support and has worked very quickly to make sure we understood the system . The platform is very easy to use and it synched very easily to our product catalogue .

Great tool! Not the most affordable video app but can't find the same features on other similar apps. Plus, it is very easy to use. Can't way to see new features in the future! Leonardo for the tech support is very knowledgeable and helpful.
