I really wanted to like this app. I really did but the premium plan has overall failed for me. Firstly, the order print page wasn't showing the values my customers were choosing. I contacted the Relentless team and they got back to me immediately, saying tech support would keep in touch within 4 days. It has been weeks and no one got in touch. Secondly, I implemented several coupon codes for email subscribers and for various sales including free shipping. It's been a month and I thought it odd that no one was using these coupon codes. That is, until I realized my "Discount Code" field during checkout was completely missing. I looked it up and thought maybe I had to upgrade my account. Well, $70 later, nothing helped. I then did some testing and realized the main issue was this app. For some reason, when customers select variants with an upcharge, discount codes just simply don't work. Automatic discounts don't show a newly calculated subtotal and the discount code box on the checkout page is no longer displayed. The only way customers could add a discount code was if they chose options that didn't cost extra. This app was great from the get-go but after using it for a month, I realize the serious limitations of the premium plan and will unfortunately, have to update my 400+ items for something else more viable and compatible. I think this app is excellent for shops that don't have any upcharges on their variants. The basic plan will work perfectly but if you're going for the premium $18.99 plan which lets you add pricing for your variants, I would recommend another app's premium plan like Product Customizer. It's $19.99 but works seamlessly with discounts which I really appreciate.

I love this app now that I've sorted out all the bugs. Support was great. My only recommendation would be the ability to add size dimensions for file uploads.

After trying to custom code my product options and failing I tested a couple different apps out there with their free trials. None compared to 'Best Custom Product Options' look and simplicity. And when I had a couple issues with installation they were able to get back to me same day with solutions. Thank you! We love our storefront.

(updated) The app had a little stumbling out of the gate, most likely due to a big update. With that in-mind, customer service was extremely responsive and the bug was fixed quickly. Now it works just as marketed.

Tested out few apps like this one and I want to say that this is the best. Not only it loads instantly after adding the code they suggest to my theme, but the options and functionality it provides are unmatched. You can definitely count on their support too, which is fast, professional, and do their best to help you. Keep up the great work!

This was a huge Godsend. Our website is customs made and I fired the people who made it but was left with a glitch on mobile devices where they couldn’t scroll through the drop down to choose all the product variants the bottom of the website was in the way. So they could only choose from the first variant and not any others on mobile devices. It was going to cost a lot to try and have someone figure out the code of the team that wrote the code for our custom theme and hunt down the issue. I found your ap and it solved the problem in less than 5 minutes. Love all the options as far as how to display variants! Thanks!!!!

After looking into several Custom Options apps for my store, I decided that this app, Best Custom Product Options, had the best selection of features including: unlimited options, sizable color and image swatches (choice of round or square), option buttons (some apps did not even offer buttons), file upload, and conditionals (in the Advanced Plan). The conditionals (e.g, if Size = Small then...) can be very handy and allow you to hide unneeded options depending on your response to the conditional. Also some easy to use custom settings and the ability to duplicate one product's options to another product or group of products. The developers of this app were friendly and responded to questions promptly.

I used this app to allow customizable fashion accessories. Allowing users to change colours, materials and add engraving. The app out of the box is great but to add, Jon, Martin and the rest of the team behind Best Custom Product Options provide amazing customer service. Quick emails with direct support leading to immediate solutions. Try the app out!

This is a really good app. Easy to use and surprisingly flexible. The developers were also very good at ensuring it had fulfilled my requirements and even wrote some custom code for me to tweek the product to my personal preference. If you want to spruce up the presentation and add another layer of professionalism I definitely recommend this app.

this is a great option if you want to include swatches in your product options and your theme doesn't support it

I love how you can add all these options that you’re limited with Shopify. Now these options don’t appear to be integrated with the cart, but giving customers a multitude of options was the game changer for me.

I'm still learning how to work with the app, but I will say that the customer service has been fast and very helpful.

After trying a couple of the more complicated similar apps, I am so happy with this one. It is easy to install and use, and gives me and my customers what we want.

This app was easy to setup - much easier than one of the major competitors! The documentation was easy to understand and I had our swatches set up in a couple of hours vs days. I think it would be even better if they had the ability to do 2-color swatches as well as being able to use images that had already been uploaded instead of having to reload them for each swatch group.
