A had a minor issue understanding how to navigate the app and it's function but after contacting them, they were very quick with their response and was able to help me. Tho this app isn't highly ranked yet I believe that it's good, especially for the price, and has a lot of useful functions as well. I highly recommend!!

Good support from company. Pricing model is a % of sales instead of the monthly fee. Staff are helpful. 10/10. PS However, can't say the same for Shopify platform itself. Has gone down- can't recommend at all. Overpriced and poor value for money. Very poor support as well.

This is by far one of the best apps I've ever used, not just as an upselling app but for ALL apps I have ever dabbled with on Shopify. The user experience is so easy and enjoyable and I can see it already working for my store within 3 days of installing. I had some technical understanding to do so i raised a ticket and within a day, I had a 30 minute google meet with an actual person named Reda and he was super helpful. All in all I'm staying with this app coz it really works, is easy to use, is really beautifully made but above all, has great people behind it. I could not recommend it enough.

Just hours after installing the app, we're seeing post-purchase upsells! I'm super excited to see how much better the app gets with more optimization. Update: Vanga updated their pricing from free to a credit-and-percentage commission-based model. Early adopters received an extra one time credit, but no prior warning was given. We were not legacied into the original pricing structure. It feels a bit like a bait-and-switch to get early good reviews. Second Update: The team at Vanga reached out and apologized for the sudden pricing structure change. They also offered a retroactive concession to make things right. I appreciate their proactive attitude in addressing our concerns and am updating my rating accordingly.

Best app for upselling. I have tried several and this one is reasonably priced and works well. Reda is the best person in the entire company and I trust her with my business no questions asked. She is very helpful and responsive. My favorite Canadian don't tell Deadpool lol

I love how easy it is to use this app! Vangas AI algorithm gives me confidence that my customers are being offered the best upsells. I love how there are three different points of contact for the opportunity to capture an upsell. The customizable cart is my favorite and is pretty unique compared to the other upsell apps. Vanga is by far my favorite upsell app.

I have been using this app for my shop for some time and have been seeing positive results but then I found a minor issue that was affecting performance. Reda reached out to me and not only did he resolve that minor issue, he went over the entire account with me.. He found a few things that I have never even thought to look for to help sales and even helped with other issues that were not directly related to them and actually fixed them too.. I am amazed and speechless to his kindness and professionalism, "above and beyond" that was where he started, he took it even farther than that!! This is the best X-Selling App I have come across. Very easy to use and setup and integrates seamlessly in our shop. I find the shopping cart is much better than the standard shopify shopping cart. Service is also top notch. We had a few adaptions to be made concerning matching items to products placed in the shopping cart. The issues were resolved very quickly and professionally. I find the fee structure especially interesting. Basically you are paying for performance of the app. If the X-Sell functionality doesn`t manage to increase incremental value then the developers of Vanga don`t make any profit. Just a small monthyl subscription fee. So you are basically not overpaying for this app. A bold revenue model. And revenue participation is capped on their side. And last but not least. They didn`t even ask me for a review, although they spent alot of time answering my questions, checking setup in my shop and tweaking small issues. I have a lot of sympathy for that!

We were using a different upsell app before this, but we converted over right away when we started using Vanga. The customer service is fantastic – they're quick, knowledgeable, and super friendly and helpful. And what sets them apart is their willingness to go the extra mile. When we needed a custom feature, they delivered. Definitely recommend giving Vanga a try!

This is THE app to get the most out of your customers. We've been looking for an app like this for months and tried all, but never found an app like Vanga. Works perfect and definitely worth the investment. Offering manual and auto offers really helps us with combining our data with new data from the AI. The developers are very open to new suggestions and actually implement them fast as well to fit our needs as a business which definitely made our conversions with this app better!
