This app is awesome and so is Reda! She responded promptly to my email and sent screenshots to help me better understand his to fix the issues I was having with my website. I changed the theme on my Shopify store and most of the apps I was using before, stopped working. Vanga was the ONLY app, that helped fix the issue. I am grateful. The best all in one upsell app! At the start we were looking for an app for post-purchase upsells. When we ran into Vanga it was a pleasure right from the start. Fast and easy to setup, clear user interface from back-end and most importantly an amazing profesional look for the customer. After using the post purchase upsells to our satisfaction we also started using the Vanga cart with all the benefits to increase our average order value. Reda has been there for support and has been an amazing help explaining the details to get most out of the app. He's offered us fast responses and always had a solution. It's crazy to realize how much revenue is left on the table, without after purchases. Love to receive the monthly mail with the generated upsell revenue. The only app that pays back for itself!

I found this app when I was looking for an upselling app on the app store. I saw in Elliott's youtube video how great it is and i was amazed by how AI helps to optimize and automate offers. What a time saving feature. I experienced great customer service, especially Reda Magani helped me a lot. I highly recommend this app.

A had a minor issue understanding how to navigate the app and it's function but after contacting them, they were very quick with their response and was able to help me. Tho this app isn't highly ranked yet I believe that it's good, especially for the price, and has a lot of useful functions as well. I highly recommend!!

Good support from company. Pricing model is a % of sales instead of the monthly fee. Staff are helpful. 10/10. PS However, can't say the same for Shopify platform itself. Has gone down- can't recommend at all. Overpriced and poor value for money. Very poor support as well.

I can't believe how awesome the support is with vangaAI ! Their response time is lightning-fast, and they go above and beyond to customize whatever you need. This is by far one of the best apps I've ever used, not just as an upselling app but for ALL apps I have ever dabbled with on Shopify. The user experience is so easy and enjoyable and I can see it already working for my store within 3 days of installing. I had some technical understanding to do so i raised a ticket and within a day, I had a 30 minute google meet with an actual person named Reda and he was super helpful. All in all I'm staying with this app coz it really works, is easy to use, is really beautifully made but above all, has great people behind it. I could not recommend it enough.

Just hours after installing the app, we're seeing post-purchase upsells! I'm super excited to see how much better the app gets with more optimization. Update: Vanga updated their pricing from free to a credit-and-percentage commission-based model. Early adopters received an extra one time credit, but no prior warning was given. We were not legacied into the original pricing structure. It feels a bit like a bait-and-switch to get early good reviews. Second Update: The team at Vanga reached out and apologized for the sudden pricing structure change. They also offered a retroactive concession to make things right. I appreciate their proactive attitude in addressing our concerns and am updating my rating accordingly.
