I can't believe my free trial of 60 days was extended to 90 days!!!!!!!!!!! I'm soooo happy and grateful for that... I have been trying to launch my mobile app for over 2 years and I have had all the challenges one could think but to no avail. I was introduced to Vajro and gave a try, can't believe I actually got my mobile app full set up in less than an hour! blow my mind. the customer service is the best I have seen in my life. they were so patient to work me through every steps and gave me free marketing tips which is gold to my business can I rate it a 10 star please? thank you a million Vajro

I spoke to Kajani on the phone and she helped get me get started with developing my app. She was extremely helpful in showing me how to navigate through developing my app and answered all my questions very clearly. I am super excited to get started!

I downloaded this app and did the trial for 60 days, uninstalled and canceled my subscription after the trial period. Yet here I am almost a year later still getting charged $99. There's no number, email or customer service listed. Almost 1K they have been taking from me that an I'm not even using and a cancel subscription

UPDATE 2/28 - Started out great, but the amount of glitches and issues is just ridiculous. I get weekly (sometimes daily) complaints from customers about not being able to check out, app not working, etc. When I message support I get the SAME response "We will push an update and let you know"...some several days (or weeks later) I get a response about an update and it should be fixed, usually it's not but they say it is. I am apart of The Boutique Hub and there are several threads with others having the same issues and frustration with their app and support. I have been requesting my JKS files since last week and they just want to ask why I want them (only one reason I would, but they also belong to me so reason shouldn't be necessary) and now they chat me daily to make sure I'm doing okay, which annoys me even more because clearly I am done with this service and moving on. Not sure what happened to their support, it was once great but for the cost of this service and the amount of on going issues - I've just had enough. I recently set up an app through a competitor & ended up switching to Vajro. There's so many great functions included that just can't be beat... - Easy set up...I LOVE how it syncs your website quickly & easily. One button updates new collections to the menu so it's easy to keep in sync with website. Design was super easy to set up as well. -Push notifications are easy to send and schedule. With the other company I was having issues with notifications that couldn't be seen on the homescreen of phones AND there was no way to review sent notifications in the app - this is so important and vajro offers it!! People can easily go back to the notifications in the menu to review any they missed - Customer service is quick to respond Overall, I would say Vajro is up to date and always making improvements. Highly recommend.

Started with Vajro with great level of expectations and it did start well. But, beware of trouble if your store has SKU variants. Hard to believe, but it did happen to our store. We have a product which has 10 variants. Vajro shows 100 variants (that is 10 times the number of actual variants) to customer. Unable to believe that this basic cataloging configuration is not being displayed properly in mobile apps. Clearly a glitch and the team is hell bent in not understanding it even after sharing proof. Stay away if you have SKU variants. App is good if you do not need to display and give options to customers with variants such as color, size options

Helpful is an understatement. The zoom call and the attention to detail is great. Would definitely recommend.

I used this app to create my first app for my small boutique and I really love it!! I thought creating an app would be a difficult process, but the support team was amazing! They helped create the app, answered all questions promptly, and walked me through the entire process! I felt like I had my own IT Department! Lol!! I love the app and I loved working with their team!! Thank you so much for everything! So far my customers love it as well!

Very Straightforward. Always someone to help. They make sure to walk you step by step while developing the app! All representatives have been great to work with.

We have just gone through the process of designing our app with Vajro. A special mention must be made of Pavithra, who assisted in the customization of our app. I have loved the fact that Pavithra (and others I dealt with at Vajro) have been able to converse easily and articulate our requirements and requests. We are now awaiting the final submission and launch of the app and are excited to continue and foster a long-term and mutually beneficial relationship with Vajro. In closing, the overall experience, has been very good and from what I have seen so far, I can highly reccomend not only the product, but the support too. Well done Vajro.

Absolutely amazing service.
