UPDATED REVIEW: let me simplify my latest review in a few words: I ask for the service to be downgraded or cancelled, instead the use "reviewing for a possible discount" as an excuse to charge me in full for a plan i didnt want anymore, i can deal with poor customer service and tech issues, but when you start doing stuff like this, you definitely deserve one start rating, because when you start a business last thing you want to do is to deal with stuff like this. i had spoke in the past about how the "highlight" features that their service does not include and end up being other apps to you know only have to add but also pay for the premium so they can integrate properly, or their poor customer service, but once you start taking my money without my permission, that's just bad professional ethic. save yourself money and time and don't use this app, save money and pay someone to develop an app for you from your website, you will thank me for that advised.

Vajro Application doesn’t have the feature of control multiple language. Our case English and Arabic is the main Language, and I can’t control Arabic Language. If i need to add any text, then needs to wait 2 days to 4 days. And one small text i need to add "Deal of the Day' in Arabic took almost one month. Limitations • Adding text for Arabic is impossible for the users • Not possible to upload multiple Language Banners. Disappointed.

The team has been super helpful, easy to connect with and communicate with. Pavithra and Aswin have been more than helpful, patient and easy to get a meeting with any time I have questions or need help, throughout the entire set up process. I look forward to continuing to work with them.

Everything is great, I'm still waiting for my app to be designed for me, but I'm excited! They are the sweetest customer service out of them all. Definitely recommend.

Excellent onboarding process. Looking forward to making more money by using this awesome app! I used the app two years ago and due to life changes had to stop for a bit but it wasn't a reflection on Vajro. Now that I have more staff to assist I'm looking forward to getting back to business again!

The end product is purely US and there isn't a boring or cookie-cutter vibe to be found. The layouts availabe are functional and flow just right. I am so glad we decided to make the leap and migrate to Shopify and the Vajro app. If you are on another platform right now and unsure about the logistics- let this be your sign. You will not come across better customer service than Vajro! Their team is helpful, knowledgeable and they make the process of getting an app created as simple as they possibly can. You could know nothing about technical things and their team will walk you through the setup in no time!

I previously had the app and paused it and just reactivated it and the process was pretty seamless. The onboarding call covered all the things to be done and app was back up and running.
