After a but of trouble at first, the help I received was excellent. The app is good, useful and If you require help from the developers then you would receive this easily.

I'm glad I found this app, it adds another level for selling on my site that is easy to use, not to mention free! I took advantage of the support as well to see if they had any tips and they were friendly and shared extra things to help me use the app to its potential!

App works fine, had a problem with images being displayed but the response was very fast and solved it very quickly!

I used this app to create 'frequently bought together' promotional bundles. I have very quickly started to see sales of these bundles - I feel that customers are buying more products across the range. I wasn't 100% sure about the original positioning of the widget, as it was right under the product title and getting in the way of the buy button. I talked to Abishek, the developer, who made some very helpful and sensible suggestions. He amended the widget position and style for me within a couple of hours. All in all - a really positive experience, I would recommend.

Cannot thank the team at LogBase enough for their help making this app be exactly what I needed for my website. I am a florist and being able to add chocolates as an upsell during valentine's day is a given...and Sudhan and Abishek were so helpful making the adjustments to the layout I needed for the app to flow with the rest of the information on my product page. And they were quick! They reached out to make sure everything was okay after my initial request and I couldn't help myself I asked if one more thing could be adjusted and within the hour it was done! I use this app as a way to show similiar products and increase the items per cart. The merchant was very helpful and went through the different settings with me and looks to see what worked best for my store. It is very user friendly.

After searching and comparing many of the upsell apps out there. I chose to go with Upsell & Cross Sell Kit. This app is well design, and very easy to use. I had a little issue with the positioning of the add-ons but was able to resolve easily with the help of there CS on zoom. They were very accommodating, efficient and shared the codepen styling CSS codes for future needs.

We have been trying this on our store for a month and so, faced 0% issues or downtime and does what we need for our Online store. Especially, Sree, His customer service skills and excellent knowledge about shopify are always the benchmarks and enlightened us.

This really does do everything I need it to without overcomplicating things and is better than a lot of paid apps I've tried previously. It has also helped me increase my average order values. Support is quick to help when you need it, as well, and they're very patient when working through any bugs you might come across. Definitely would recommend this app to anyone looking for a simple upsell/cross-sell solution!

I was looking for an app that allowed me to cross sell items at cart/checkout using all my products as a trigger, not just a small number of them. This app has lots of other great features too! Not only is the app really user friendly and easy to navigate, Sree gave amazing support over chat to help me when I needed it and solved my problem super quick! I'd highly recommend the app and the customer service, its great!
