This app is very intuitive and easy to set up. I'm not a web developer, so for styling changes I set up a zoom call and Sudhan was super helpful (and quick!) in making all the changes I requested so the upsell options looked exactly like I wanted them to and matched our website theme perfectly. Sudhan was great! Highly recommend this app if you want to increase your AOV.

Just wanted to leave a review regarding the customer service side Upsell and Cross Sell, Selleasy...so far, the app has been GREAT and it had IMMEDIATE positive results in our online sales. That being said, we ran into a few different issues setting up offers in our Shopify store. We scheduled a tech support meeting, and the customer support is ALL TIME. 5 STAR...our issues were quickly resolved, and the techs on the other end of the meeting were friendly, patient and had an incredible working knowledge of the app and Shopify. I changed my theme and contacted them to fix the widget since it's not working anymore, the support agent is not paying attention, sent him/her a ton of screenshot and explanation and him/her asked me to explain my problem "in details". took the time to write down a new explanation in word document and when i returned to the chat, the session was closed with that agent!

The app is really good. For me especially the one click post purchase upsell is very helpfull. The agents were very quick and professional in assisting me with some adjustments.
