This app is great for helping us get affiliate sales, and the support is absolutely amazing. Any questions or concerns we've ever had have been quickly answered or resolved very quickly!

Super easy to get up and running with UpPromote versus other affiliate marketing apps. Lots of customization if you want it, or you can keep it simple! Nick from Customer Support also helped me out in a pickle! THANKS NICK!

So far setup has been easy to follow. A lot of things to go thru but overall the experience has been great. Hoping that the results are as expected.

These guys are awesome. They provide screenshare support when their customer doesn't know how to use the software. In our session I was shown how easy it is to use the software, and they also did something custom for me that was really helpful.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!! The program is awesome. Needed it to set up an affiliate program with tiered commission rates and this was perfect. Though my commission plan is simple right now, this app has room for me to help it grow and add more depth if I want to. Service is also great - they responded to a question I had right away. I just registered for this app and so far the experience has been great. Support is there 24/7 and a lot of the features that I am looking for are included in the free plan. I signed up for the marketplace and have gotten 2 applications in less than 24n hours!

Fantastic app at a great price. The software itself is pretty intuitive and the help docs (of which there are plenty) is very good, so getting it set up has been pretty straight forward once you understand their nomenclature. When I've reached out to support, the response (via chat) has been very quick and they've been very knowledgeable (thanks Gwen). One nice feature of this software is that you can automatically move an Affiliate from one tier (they call them programs) to another based on their referrals' sales (and other options too). It would be really great if I could auto-generate a new, unique discount code for them with upgraded benefits associated with that new higher tier as well. If not that, at least give me the ability to run a report (each week, month, quarter, whenever) that showed me which Affiliates had moved up a Tier so I could manually adjust their discount code. Bottom line - GREAT app! Just needs a small tweak to be PHENOMENAL!

I just started using this app again because it seems to have the tools I want for my affiliate program and the cost is reasonable. Tommy has been such a great help. Wishing you all success with this app!
