So far so good! I created mine today and I set the whole account and affiliate program up in less than 30 min.

Easy to install, with a proper and clear guide for each action. The team responded to me very fast and my problem was solved in a matter of seconds after the response. So, I'm satisfied for now.

Haven't officially started running it yet, but so far their chat support is great! The overall UI looks great as well. I hope they will add Japanese officially in the future.

Barney was great! He solved our problem(s) super quick. We appreciated having access to a real customer service person after 9pm our time.

Easy to install and configure, I can see the potential to gain sales through affiliate marketing. I am using the free version, it's being able to access the Marketplace that would incentivise me to upgrade.

Excellent program with excellent support. Barney really helped us out. The program is flexible and allowed us to create an affiliate program that our affiliates love to use.

It's a little pricey, but works really well with Shopify stores, easy enough to set up and the customer service is super helpful and nice.

Best app that there is! The service team (Barney) was quick to respond. Much smoother and cleaner approach fro influencers to connect with your brand!

The app is really easy to use, and I set it up in 15 minutes. Tommy was really helpful, as I didn't activate the referral email, but he helped me with that.

We have always had excellent service fro UpPromote and they have always solved our problems efficiently and with clarity. Salina most recently helped resolve some open issues and she delivered an excellent experience.

An excellent application, beyond the fact that it is easy to use and does an excellent job, the customer service is simply amazing, I contacted customer service because I wanted to move the text that is displayed from left to right to right to left, it turns out that by default the writing is displayed from left to right. Unusually, the support offered me to customize the registration form so that the text is displayed from right to left.

What a fantastic site and very easy to integrate with Shopify. I highly recommend you take a trial run and implement.

I haven't needed any help from Support yet and have successfully set up my entire account AND offer within 1 hour. The process is seamless!! I'm honestly SO impressed with how simple it was and everything they have put in place to help you and keep things super-simple in guiding you through everything. Whoever put all of the guides in place, you need a medal as THAT is game-changing and cemented my decision that THIS is the Referral app that I will not be giving up on!
