Tommy was able to get me through the PayPal Payout setup. I wasn't able to complete the steps following the video because what was shown on the video wasn't what I saw on my screen. I was able to complete the task with Tommy giving me screenshots and guiding me through! Thank you!! High five!!!

the worst company in the world i gave them nearly 100,000 affilates and they completely screwed up everything you speak with 7 different people a day i have no idea how they have these reviews

So far I love the app and thought this was a specific review for my recent bulk payout experience. In regard to that I kept getting an error message because it was my first time so I'd fix what needed to be fixed and it would still give the error so I had to close and exit 3 times to get it to go through with my changes. Just to add to it I submitted this review and it brought me back to the same page to submit the review. After 5 times I gave up and lo and behold my review is there. If this edit doesn't show up I'm not going to keep clicking this time. I'm tired ;)

I swear on my mom's life, the support on this app is something out of this world i have been using there app for a while now and OMG. the amount of respect i got for these guys is on a new level now. if you dont use there app you definetly are missing out alot of stuff ! great so far, very easy to setup and self intuitive, wish the free trial offered a bit more.

The App is awesome and makes it easy to navigate tasks needed to be done.

Best customer service experience. They help with any type of inquire with a very short waiting time. Especially had the pleasure to talk often with Tommy and he's very kind and professional in assisting any kind of problem we might have.

We had used another App (BOGOS) developed by Secomapp. The experience was so bad: because of their failure to warn Merchants about a bug of their app that allow users to place 0 value orders from the app, we lost a large sum of money. As a result of this experience, we would not recommend this app to any merchants. And we would warn all Shopify users that we know not to use any app developed by Secomapp.

So far so good! Came over from Shareasale, complicated, no support, not user friendly at all to me, this is much simpler, and when I need help setting it up the chat feature is right there. So far Im loving it!
