Anna helped me with an issue where I thought Uploadly was conflicting with another personalization app by a supplier Im using, but turns out I was targeting that collection in error and Anna was able to help me promptly and very quickly. Customer support so far is great. Haven't had other errors with the app so far.

Amazing plugin if you want to enable file uploads with your order. Great support as well. We needed some changes to the layout of the file upload dialog which the devs sorted out for us in no time. Thanks for the quality service!

Fast and super efficient to resolve an issue I was having - can't say enough great things!

My store had an old, not so easy to use theme installed and i was having trouble incorporating this app. I reached out to support and in less than a few hours (Keep in mind i went to sleep for about 7 hours) woke up and had this issue resolved. Support was extremely prompt with responses and helped me get everything i needed from this app.

This app has transformed by business. Even it were just for the productivity on my side, it would be worth it! I save so much time on back and forth with clients, people pushing the boundaries of what I'll customize for them ... and your tools have eliminated 99% of those problems!! This app by far is one that I recently discovered and like how they give options to load from multiple platforms. The customer service is great I wanted to customize the look and they didn't it for me quickly and got what I wanted. This app by far is a most have app.

I wanted to add custom shirts to my store smilingwombat. I saw Uploadly in the app store and it fit my needs exactly. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I couldn't install it myself. I made a support request and it was answered almost immediately. I had the app installed the next day. GREAT! These guys are the best.
